The show was a joint effort from Friday Night Mayhem and DXX Rated supertars. It is the second DOR to be featured since being created by former General Manager, Carari Grey.

• Death Row (Alex Briganti & Nattie Neidhart) defeated The Hood Tribe (E-Man & Mickie James)

• Briganti got the pin on E-Man following a low blow whilst the referee was distracted.

• Kate defeated Raisha Saeed (c) w/ The Saeed Sorority to become the new DXX Women's Champion

• Kate managed to take out both Sylvia and Shelly during the match before reversing a Broken Glass attempt for the pinfall.

• Kyle Evers defeated Justin Matthews (c) to become the new DXX X-Division Champion via submission'

• Evers' win meant that the DXX X-Division title would become Mayhem exclusive in exchange for the DXX Magnum Championship.

• Ryan Black became the new holder of the DXX Trans-Continental Championship

• The match was scheduled to take place against Kevin Kompiler, but Kompiler's no show meant General Manager, Jacky Williams, had decided to simply award Black the title instead.

• Crisis deafted Khwame Myles (c) and Alex Azrael in a Triple threat match to become the new DXX Intercontinental Champion

• Following the match Myles was announced as the new Assistant General Manager of Mayhem. Massacre superstar , Azrael, took part in the match using a previous rematch clause.

• Harry Steel defeated Jacky Williams (c) to win the DXX Rated Championship in a Hard Ten Match'

• Post-Match, Williams announced he was retiring from wrestling to focus on being the General Manager of Mayhem.

• Tristagi defeated Magnus Bulla 22:13 , Shad Moss and Ted DiBiase Jr. (c) to become the new DXX Universe Champion

(Note: DJ Hipp was originally in the match but pulled out/retired last second)

• Bulla entered second as was eliminated second
• Tristagi entered third and won via pinfall.
• DiBiase entered fourth and was eliminated third.
• Moss entered last and was eliminated penultimately.

• After the match, Gabriel Wilhelm put Tristagi through a table stating that he'd be cashing in his rematch clause very soon.
