Nathan Black is a Canadian colour commentator, currently employed by DXX: The Rebirth on its Friday Night Mayhem Brand.

Mayhem
During December 2008 Mayhem General Manager Lucas Mitchell released almost every member of the backstage staff, leaving only play-by-play man (and personal friend) Samuel Evers with a job. For several weeks he was the sole commentator on Mayhem but was later joined by Black as his colour commentator.
Whilst Jimmy James went of on his own agenda on Massacre, Black was called in temporarily to work alongside John Eddinger, who was also heel. The two worked well together, but Isaac Trevors soon stepped in, meaning Black could concentrate on Mayhem.
Personality
Black has adopted a classic 'heel commentating' persona, rooting for the bad guys and ridiculing his broadcast colleague. Despite this he settled into his new role well, with Mitchell said to be pleased with his progress and the chemistry he has with Evers on-screen.
