The show will feature matches from Monday Night Massacre, Friday Night Mayhem and DXX Rated, with main events including Tony Vincent vs Nero Jones for the DXX Rated Championship from Rated, a 'Trials and Tribulations' match for the DXX Championship featuring Tristagi, Chad Jennings and James Manson from Massacre and Devil's Playground match for the DXX Universe Championship contested between Cody Lawrence, Kyle Deathlocke, Chris Jericho, Asylum, Kevin Kompiler and Santino Marella. This is the second Dead on Arrival Pay-Per-View following the first one that took place in 2008.

Johnny Smoke defeated Umaga, JTG and Georgio in a Fatal Four Way Match

  • Smoke pinned JTG to get the win


Bobby Marshall defeated Batista to retain the DXX Australasian Championship

  • Marshall hit the scissor kick to retain his gold


Justin Bradshaw defeated Kevin Nash (w/ Leila Darcie) in a 'Loser Leaves Town' Match

  • Bradshaw's win ultimately allowed him to stay on as Mayhem's 'Chief of Security'


Eric Steel defeated Blade

  • Steel pinned Blade with a roll-up


Nattie Neidhart defeated Torrie Falconfeather to win the DXX Womens Championship

  • Neidhart forced Falconfeather to submit with a Sharpshooter submission


Kevin Kompiler defeated Johnny Relentless and Khwame Myles in a Construction Yard Chaos Match to retain the DXX Trans-Continental Championship

  • Kompiler won the match by claiming the flag


Kenny Wallace defeated Trey Union, Brandon Wolf and Johnny Storm in a Construction Yard Chaos Match to retain the DXX Intercontinental Championship

  • Wallace won the match by claiming the flag


Brian Daniels defeated Ted DiBiase Jr. and Matt Hardy in a Construction Yard Chaos Grudge Match

  • Daniels won the match by claiming the flag


Doctor Cube defeated Lucas King in a Magnum Challenge Match to win the DXX Magnum Championship

  • Cube was able to put King through the ring to win the title


Nero Jones defeated Tony Vincent by forfeit to win the DXX Rated Championship

  • The match was supposed to be contested inside a steel cage, but Vincent no-showed. Dexter Hardy awared the title to Jones as a result


The Devils Playground Match for the DXX Universe Championship between Cody Lawrence, Kyle Deathlocke, Chris Jericho, Asylum, Kevin Kompiler and Santino Marella ended in a no contest


Tristagi defeated Chad Jennings and James Manson in a Trials and Tribulations Match to retain the DXX Championship

  • Tristagi was able to claim his title suspended high above the ring after laying out both his opponents
