WrestleMania is an annual Pay-Per-View event produced by D-Generation XX and is shared by both Massacre and Mayhem. So far only two events has aired.
WrestleMania 2 is, according to Mayhem General Manager Carari Grey, "the biggest PPV in DXX history" and, according to Massacre General Manager Rocco Ross, "the dawn of a new era".
"Double J" Jimmy James will make a special guest appearance.

- All Or Nothing DXX World Heavyweight, United States, Hardcore and Television Championships Fatal Four-Way Match: DJ Hipp (c) vs Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs Kenny Dykstra (c) vs The Rock (c)
- After this match, these titles will all be made defunct and the winner wins a new championship called the DXX Universal Championship.
- DXX Championship Match: Triple H (c) vs James Manson
- Hangman's Horror Match: Rocco Ross vs Mr. McMahon
- DXX X-Division Championship Match: Alex Shelley (c) vs Wes Zephaniah
- Money In The Bank Ladder Match: Brett Unknown vs Kurt Angle vs Randy Orton vs Kevin Kompiler vs Josh Impact vs Mike Vengeance vs Doctor Cube vs Chris Jericho
- The winner can cash in his briefcase for a shot at any title at any time until WrestleMania 3.
