You are hereby notified
that on December 1st 1890 at the regular
Town Election held in Springfield on
that date you were duly Elected Mayor
for said Town of Springfield for the
ensuing year.
Given under my hand and seal
this 5th day of Dec. 1890

Springfield elected the following
officers last Monday all being on the
citizens ticket Mayor A. Wheeler,
Alberman, E. S. Collins. B. A. Wash-
burne. W.W. Chessman. E. S. Andrews;
Marshal. J.J. Poill: Recorder, E.K.
McMichael. 83 votes were cast.
