Bloo's team found themselves at the Warp Zone for some reason, and somehow the previous chapter's boss, Bobbington, had gone with them despite having been blasted out of the volcano. At any rate, Bobbington ended up joining them  in their quest for moneys and star pieces, and headed down a warp pipe as directed by Steve the Lakitu Director. They ended up popping out in a ghost house where two other boos, Emperio and [[Bewious]], were having a discussion. They saw that there was a star piece there along with the five that the now-named Team Awesome had, and a battle begun. During the battle, Bewious brought in Noshum, claiming to want to help Emperio, although Bloo tried to tell Emperio he probably wasn't going to help him. After a couple team attacks, Team Awesome burst through and it turned out Bewious was now helping Team Awesome.

Just when a 3-way battle was about to occur, Councilplant Leslie appeared, telling Emperio he was deemed unworthy. Thus, it was a 4-way battle, but Leslie ended up cheating and taking all six star pieces. Team Awesome followed through a portal, but Bloo's Team was stuck there and Emperio was sucked into a Poltergust 3000. Luckily, Bobbington figured out where the portal was--Massive Mountainslide. Shadow Prince used his magic to teleport them there, although it took up most of his magic. They were teleported to the base, unfortunately, and forced to begin climbing. They eventually made it to Leslie's castle at the top, but just then a wormhole appeared and Fungus, Gypsus and Noshum plopped out. They ended up battling using a ridiculous partnermon setting which ended in Bobbington getting a Final Smash. However, his FS sucked and had a major drawback and caused Bloo's team to go blasting off for the rest of the chapter.

Bloo is a blue boo from Star World who has been after the ultimate power over water for many years. He is not actually a born-boo, as he was once a bandit named Blundit from Rogueport. However, he killed himself to become more powerful, although it doesn't seem to be working. He has a partner in the form of Mogmire, which came about due to The 1576 Kingdom Novel.

Top Story Bio

Bloo's past was revealed in Blundit the Bandit; Bloo the Boo. After the events of that story, he worked for King Boo until he was able to steal the bombsphere blueprints. Somewhere along the line, then, he teamed up with Mogmire for some reason. He's crafty and stuff like that, I guess. Selfish. He has watery boo powers, though he's after the ultimate control over water.

History

Blundit

Before dying and becoming a boo, Bloo was a bandit from Rogueport. He was a researcher, researching a water deity known as Ploosientle. Apparently, Ploosientle had the power to completely control water, but was locked away because the gods feared him or something. He was locked away in an underwater prison, where his power remained to this day. Blundit wanted to go and find this power, but had trouble in Rogueport from the other bandits who had recently converged into a mafia under a bandit known only as "Boss Bandit". Boss Bandit began threatening to do Blundit in if he didn't start making his quota of thievery, but Blundit refused to steal anything.

There was also a snifit girl named Sniffle who had fallen in love with him, but Blundit had no similar feelings and continued to try and get her to get away from him. Eventually during one chase, they ended up outside the office of Frankie and Francesca, where they overheard the bandits asking the Pianta Mafia to do Blundit in (so as to not bring up suspicion of Boss Bandit). This caused Blundit to become depressed until Sniffle reminded him of the power of water he wanted, and so got Professor Frankly and Goombella to help him find it. First, he needed a ship.

Just then, the Pirate King Cortez and Admiral Bobbery came up to Rogueport and ended up giving them a lift to the location Blundit believed Ploosientle's prison was. A yoshi named Coshi and some robot named A.A.A. joined them for some reason. Once they reached the location, however, two ships of Boss Bandit's attacked them. Luckily for them, the ships were sank and disappeared; unfortunately, when Blundit went underwater to the prison, he found out he was not powerful enough and that he needed a way to break into the prison anyway. He became depressed again, but when Cortez mentioned something about how powerful he was as a ghost, Blundit decided to kill himself to become more powerful. On January 1st, midnight, the new year, Blundit hung himself, and Bloo was born.

King Boo

Now a boo, Bloo stowed onto a ship (which was easy with invisibility), where he obtained a newspaper speaking of the recent exploits of The Yoshi Bodyguards against King Boo, and read about the Bombsphere and realized it would be the perfect item to destroy the prison holding Ploosientle's power. Bloo tried to steal the blueprints, but was stopped by some of King Boo's henchmen. Bloo claimed he was trying to meet King Boo and wanted to work for him, so King Boo allowed him to start working.

Bloo never did very much until sometime after King Boo joined Federation of Evil Acquaintances. When they had taken over Animal World, Bloo suggested that King Boo and the other boos remain while the rest of FOEA take over the Mushroom Kingdom as a backup plan. Dark Top liked the idea, which was good for them, as the YB eventually defeated and jailed FOEA except for King Boo. When hearing of this, King Boo, Bloo and the other boos went to Star World, and while King Boo and Bloo kidnapped Yoshi, the rest of the boos broke out the other FOEA members while the YB were busy saving Yoshi.

For the rest of the time of FOEA, Bloo did very little, and after FOEA broke up, Bloo finally got the chance and stole the Bombsphere blueprints. This was going to be chronicled in a YB story, but becamse MDY controlled King Boo, Topmonhit wanted to work on a story with MDY. However, activity waned, MDY became inactive, and the story was cancelled, instead a simple statement of "Bloo finally managed to steal the Bombsphere blueprints and left King Boo."

Mogmire

Soon after leaving King Boo, Bloo encountered Mogmire, and the two of them ended up joining forces due to having similar goals (or something like that. Mogmire was just greedy, and Bloo said the ultimate power of water could bring riches to them, so... there you go). Now that they finally had the blueprints, they gathered up a sum of money and built it. They then hid in Ploosientle's prison cave and began to sink ships using whirlpools in order to use the sunken ships as power to bring Ploosientle back. Unfortunately, when they broke open the prison, they also broke a hole in the cave, causing it to begin flooding; just then, a giant blob of water appeared and attacked them, causing them to fall into the prison themselves and get stuck, where they have been ever since.

Discrepancies

Bloo originally did not have any plan to achieve the ultimate power over water, but this is simply because it was before his full plan was mapped out.

Non-Canon Appearances

In The Yoshi Bodyguards in Lemon Lime Time…, a future version of Bloo appeared, where he was able to multiply into many Bloo and form Bloolossus. He was battled in Morton Koopa Sr.'s castle, but was defeated by the YB. The future he appeared in, however, was prevented from happening, so while it appeared in the canon storyline, it is an alternate future. On a side note, this seems to be before Bloo was planned to leave King Boo.

The 1576 Kingdom Novel

Chapter 3: Sweat, Blood, and... More Sweat

In The 1576 Kingdom Novel, Bloo first appeared in Part 15: Battle 1: Team 25 vs Team 54. He joined the story around the same time that Noshum and Mogmire did, and this caused confusion when the author, Fireflower, got which side Bloo and Noshum were on mixed up. This later caused comical edits when FF reposted the parts. At first, it seemed that Bloo wanted the heroes to win in Melee Arena, the location of this chapter, and that Mogmire was helping him. However, it then turned out Mogmire was helping Noshum, who was trapped in a coffin of sorts. HOWEVER, Mogmire was actually helping Bloo and only pretending to help Noshum by pretending to help Bloo.

Anyway, Bloo became the heroes' (Fungus, Gypsus, Pyro, Mack and Chibi) manager when Noshum saw Bloo seeing him and Mogmire together, which made Noshum think Bloo knew whatever, causing stuff, and then, THEN everything was fixed and it was revealed that occured so Noshum would be convinced Mogmire was helping him, not Bloo. When Noshum had Mogmire go steal the power star pieces the heroes had, Mogmire betrayed Noshum, leaving him in their secret... place. Noshum was able to escape, though, make it to the heroes, and join them. However, none of them had realized it was Bloo that Mogmire was helping yet, so he continued to act as their manager (giving Mogmire a kittychu disguise for the time being). At least, that's what Bloo thought. Noshum had a suspicion, but wasn't positive.

Unfortunately, Fungus used a fancy recordotron to overhear a conversation between Bloo and the "kittychu", and they found them out. Fungus blew the observation deck of Melee Arean to bits with a bob-omb, and the heroes retrieved their star pieces. Bloo and Mogmire went into hiding, waiting for their chance to get revenge. At the end of the chapter, Bloo and Mogmire found out they had won the tournament and got the star piece. They followed the heroes through a portal created by the star pieces to the next chapter.

Chapter 4: Mystical Secrets Abound: Aquahenge Awaits You

Bloo and Mogmire were thrown out of the portal onto a rock in the middle of the ocean. They were then plopped into a room with a massive pillar (Aquahenge), but seemingly no way out. The only way out, it seemed, involved a small hole leading into the water, so Bloo headed down the small tunnel until he found a room filled with water. There was a strange crystal ball-like object in the room, and after he plugged up the room and sucked up the water, he tossed it to the ground and the heroes popped out. Inadvertedly, Bloo saved them. Eventually Bloo and Mogmire stumbled upon a room with another pillar, and the pillar opened up a portal they entered, sending them to th past.

They got an artifact needed to get the star piece in the past, and also picked up their baby selves (this was before Blundit was even thought up of). The two (well four) of them found the heroes again, and hid until another portal appeared, and they entered the portal after the heroes. They got to the future, where they encountered the future Bloo and Mogmire. The present-day, baby and future versions of both the heroes and Bloo and Mogmire battled, but Bloo and Mogmire were defeated due to being lousy rival characters in this story. They were left in the future until the portal said they were annoying and spat them back out. The heroes left without them, though, and the two of them were stuck at Aquahenge.

Chapter 5: An Eruption of Adventure! How Lame

Luckily, they escaped when the Shadow Prince, the boss of Chapter 4, appeared and joined Bloo and Mogmire in their crummy revenge scheme. They were sent to the 1576 Town, and from the image on the portal, Bloo figured out the heroes went to Mt. 1576, so they headed to the docks to find a boat. They stole a boat from a paragoomba pirate named Scurvy, and set off to Mt. 1576. Once they had arrived, they camped out and then eventually got to the volcano. When they entered it, soon after they found a Thwomp who gave them two stupid questions. They got both right, and were able to pass.

Eventually they reached the bottom, where they found the heroes. There was a magic barrier, however, preventing them from using magic until a strange koopa named Bobbington appeared. Apparently, the 8th koopaling. Anyway, he turned the magic barrier off, but only for Bloo's team. Bloo's team then fought the heroes, but unfortunately for Bloo, his team lost. Go figure. They were thrown down into the lava, but then a lousy Subspace Emissary subplot occured, which sent the area into subspace, dragging Bloo, Mogmire and the Shadow Prince with it.

The subspace ended up randomly disappearing, though, and Bloo's team somehow ended up in Gypsus' wand or something. They teleported out and ended up in an area with some dead creatures... and the heroes. Mogmire found a stick that let him control the dead creatures, and he had them attack the heroes. The dead creatures were defeated, though, and Mogmire lost his power. Bloo's team then teleported away with the Shadow Prince for until the next chapter for some reason.

Chapter 6: Ghouls, Ghosts, and... Some Other Word

They ended up popping out in a ghost house where two other boos, Emperio and Bewious, were having a discussion.
