Nocktor is a demon Haunter Topmonhit has as a character. He was previously a Mew, but was killed while trying to destroy the Pokeworld. His pure reason for existance is to destroy all of existance, and is not truly a creature of this universe, having been born of a magic spell. For this reason, he states that he is not evil, simply doing what he was created to do: Give all creatures eternal life... in the afterlife!

Top Story Bio
5000 years ago, an evil demon Mew appeared, trying to destroy the Pokeworld. This was Nocktor. A group of legendaries joined together to try and defeat him, but it wasn't until a strange Butterfree with Light powers appeared that they were able to completely defeat him. Afterwards, he seemed to disappear... until 2000 years later when he returned, now a demon Haunter. He once more tried to destroy the world, but as a Haunter, he was weaker and thus the legendaries were able to defeat him once more and sent him to the underworld. However, he eventually was able to escape and tried to bring himself back to being a Mew. While he was able to, Rening, the ancestor of the Butterfree that helped defeat him, engaged him in battle and was able to defeat him. Nocktor disappeared for a while until he kidnapped Yoshi, thus bringing the YB to action (which was the last story I had in the YB until the story about Sneen, in fact). Nocktor claimed to not be evil, but only wanted them to gather 8 "badges" for him. However, these were soon found to actually be shards of a powerful gemstone. They collected all 8 shards, then engaged Nocktor in battle. Nocktor was eventually defeated, and this time, sent to the spirit world, where he would be unable to escape... or would he?
History
Creation and Destruction
Centuries ago, an Umbreon wizard named Brenleno concocted a dark potion to bring forth a Dark Mew that would supposedly give him eternal life; he had a clock that said exactly when he would die, and it was nearly at the end. However, what he didn't realize that the Nocktor Spell brings forth a Dark Mew that gives eternal life in the afterlife, and so the Dark Mew destroyed Brenleno's lab, killing him. With the one who created him killed, Nocktor decided to give the entire world "eternal life".
However, the legendaries learned of this and began to attack him, attempting to stop him. Rayquaza, Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Regigigas, Darkrai, Cresselia, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Lugia, Ho-Oh and Mew all banded together to try and stop him, but began failing. Just then, a white Butterfree appeared, and was able to use light-type moves to weaken Nocktor. All the legendaries and the Butterfree combined forces and were able to destroy Nocktor. Or so they thought, but they were only able to destroy his body; he became a Haunter, and went into hiding.
Ghostly Power
About two centuries later, Nocktor once again tried to destroy the Pokeworld. As a Haunter, however, he was much weaker, and the legendaries were able to defeat him without the Butterfree this time (as it would have died long ago). This time, after bein defeated, he was sent to the center of the Pokeworld.
Nocktor's Return
Three centuries passed, and Nocktor was finally able to escape the center of the planet. He was much weaker, however, so he went to find a new source of power. He was able to find several powerful orbs or crystals or something and regenerated his Mew body, but Rening, the ancestor of the Butterfree that had defeated him, appeared and battled him. With the help of some legendaries, he was once again killed, but like before, disappeared into hiding.
Nocktor Returns Again
Needing to find something powerful enough to make himself more powerful, Nocktor took note of a powerful crystal split into seven shards. He made his way to Star World and kidnapped a creature named Yoshi to goad a group known as The Yoshi Bodyguards to collect the shards for him. They did, but didn't want to give Nocktor the crystal, figuring out he was evil. They battled, and although Nocktor was able to get the crystal, some legendary Pokemon began to appear to battle him. They were able to defeat him, and Mew tried to send him to the underworld, but Nocktor attempted to bring Mew with him. Just then, Rening appeared, hitting Nocktor with a Hidden Power, and knocking him into the portal to the underworld.
Nocktor's Final Return
Nocktor seemed stuck forever in the ghostly underworld, which destroying would simply cause it to regenerate, until he saw Giratina. He attacked it, and after a struggle was able to absorb Giratina's power, allowing him to escape the underworld. He went to Giovanni and possessed him, planning to absorb Dialga and Palkia's power as well by having Team Rocket capture Uxie, Azelf and Mespirt. Unfortunately, some of the (former) YB and Rening started trying to save them; luckily for Nocktor, Team Rocket was able to capture the trio and Nocktor made a red chain to bring forth Dialga and Palkia. As soon as he did, the former YB members appeared to attack him. He left Giovanni, revealing his return, and absorbed Dialga and Palkia.
With three legendary Pokemon absorbed, Nocktor began to create a portal that would destroy the universe as he went through time to destroy not only all of existance, but all of time as well. He ended up a century later, where he attacked a ship in space, but the heroes had managed to follow him. He then went through another portal, leading to another dimension: The Bitlands. He attacked Fort Francis, badly damaging it, but when the heroes showed up again, after battling he fled again, this time going to the past. Specifically, when he was attempting to first destroy the Pokeworld many years ago. He and Rening fought here, and in the end he fled once again.
This time, he ended up at a cold, icy wasteland, the Ice Underworld. He found a Sneasel village that the heroes were at and began to attack it. When he found out the Sneasel were already dead, and thus killing them would cause them to reappear there, he fled, this time to no time at all. It was an empty land, and this time Nocktor simply left the heroes there. He somehow came to the dimension of Free Country, USA, where he possessed a weird green guy. The green guy turned out to be exceedingly weak, though, so he left him and attacked them as his own self. The heroes had some new allies with them that had some magical star pieces he stole, then teleported to their dimension.
In The 1576 Kingdom, Nocktor found himself at Temple Tip, where he waited for the heroes to show up again. Instead, the rivals of The 1576 Kingdom, Team Bloo, appeared, causing a short battle where Nocktor blasted them away. Then Nocktor fought the heroes, stealing a jewel they had found, and used it to activate the temple. This caused a black hole to appear as the teams began sprawling towards it and the only way to stop was to defeat Nocktor; they managed to get the star pieces back, stop the black hole and defeat Nocktor, sending he himself into it and destroying him once and for all.
Personal Information
Personality
Nocktor's personality is a very, very destructive and evil one. However, that is evil by our standards. Nocktor was created for the sole purpose of giving eternal life in the afterlife, and so, while his personality may seem twisted and evil, it's mainly just twisted. Everyone wants eternal life, right? So he's doing them a favor by giving it to them, but in the afterlife.
Even though it's obvious that no one wants him to destroy them all, he still does it, as that's his only purpose in existance. He simply can't have any other purpose, so while one may feel sorry that he has no other purpose, he is really just a magic spell, not truly a living creature.
Appearance
Nocktor is a dark, black Haunter. While alive, it was instead a dark, black Mew.
Abilities
Nocktor's abilities involves destroying everything and anything. He can also absorb the power of creatures such as legendaries (although he had to weaken Giratina at first, once he had its power absorbing Dialga and Palkia was easier) and possess people. Originally possessing people caused them to become black and shadowy in color, but as seen with Giovanni, that's been toned down somewhat. Nocktor also has the boring yet useful levitate ability and knows these attacks:

Nocktor's relationship with everyone is that his purpose is to kill everyone so they have an eternal afterlife.

Trivia
- Nocktor weighs about .45 kilograms more than a normal Haunter due to being weighed down with too much evil.
- Nocktor is one of the few villains who believes he is not truly evil, instead simply doing what he was created to do.
- Nocktor is the second of two listed characters of Topmonhit's to actually permanantly die. Interestingly, the first made a post-death appearance in the story Nocktor was destroyed in.
