The show featured Superstars exclusively from Friday Night Mayhem, and it aired live on Sunday August 3rd at the New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana, with every match on the card being under extreme circumstances.
This event was the first ever single-branded PPV not to feature both Massacre and Mayhem, instead only featuring Mayhem Superstars. The main event saw DJ Hipp defending his DXX Universe Championship against Josh Impact. On the night Acting General Manager Drake White got his comeuppance and was removed by returning Carari Grey.
