Dead on Arrival is a forthcoming DXX Pay-Per-View that is scheduled to take place on February 22nd, 2009 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. The show will feature matches from Monday Night Massacre, Friday Night Mayhem and DXX Rated, with main events including a 'Trials and Tribulations' match for the DXX Championship featuring Tristagi, Chad Jennings and James Manson from Massacre and Mayhem's and Rated's main evets yet to be announced. This is the second Dead on Arrival Pay-Per-View, following the first one that took place in 2008.
