The Survivor Series was a DXX Pay-Per-View event produced by D-Generation XX for its Massacre and Mayhem shows. The main event featured Nabeel Nawaz taking on Josh Impact and Chris Jericho for the DXX World Heavyweight Championship.

DJ Hipp defeated The Boss to win the DXX Hardcore Championship
- Hipp pinned The Boss after a Yakuza Kick

Edge & Shawn Michaels (Rated HBK) defeated Dead Level & Chris Jericho to retain the DXX Tag Team Titles
- HBK pinned Dead Level after Sweet Chin Music

Crisis defeated Angel of Death in a Crucifixion Match
- Crisis managed to tie AoD to the cross after several chair shots

The Undertaker defeated Matt Hardy to retain the DXX United States Championship
- Undertaker pinned Hardy after a Tombstone Piledriver

Rocco Ross, Paul London, Brian Kendrick, Zachory Jones & Richie Davies defeated The Holy Man, Leatherface, The Rock, Jordinator & Wayne Gallagher in a classic Survivor Series Match
- Ross pinned Holy Man after the Space Impact finisher to pick up the win for his team

Nabeel Nawaz defeated Josh Impact and Chris Jericho to retain the DXX Championship
- Nawaz pinned Impact after a twisting DDT
