The Rebirth is an annual Pay-Per-View event produced by D-Generation XX and is shared by both Massacre and Mayhem. So far only one event has aired, which took place on January 28th, 2008.
The show featured a unique Mayhem main event, pitting Randy Orton, Mr McMahon and Josh Impact against each other in a triple threat casket match for the DXX World Heavyweight Title. Massacres main event featured Chris Jericho defending his DXX Title against James Manson.

- Wes Zephaniah won an X-Division Open Battle Royal to win the X-Division Title
- Wes cheated his way through most of the match, eliminating Brett Unknown to win the title
- Kasi Luther defeated Melina
- Luther won the match thanks to outside interference from Jenova
- Jordinator and Rocco Ross fought to a double disqualification
- Both men ignored the referees authority throughout the match
- DJ Hipp defeated The Rock to retain the DXX Hardcore Title
- Hipp pinned The Rock after a hitting him with his own finishing move, the Rock Bottom
- Luke McQuillan defeated Kenny Dykstra to retain the DXX United States Title
- McQuillan pinned Dykstra after piledriving him on a steel chair
- Shawn Michaels defeated Nabeel Nawaz in a Massacre Grudge Match
- Michaels pinned Nawaz after hitting him with Sweet Chin Music
- Randy Orton defeated Mr McMahon and Josh Impact to win the DXX World Heavyweight Title in a triple threat casket match
- Orton knocked Impact off the top rope and into the casket to get the win
- James Manson defeated Chris Jericho by disqualification in a DXX Title match
- Jericho blatantly got himself disqualified by hitting Manson with a chair, losing the match but keeping his title
