KSNB-TV and KTVG-TV are The CW and Bounce TV affiliates for most of south-central Nebraska. Prior to June 2010, the stations were identified on-air as CW 4/17. Beginning June 12, 2009, the stations were simulcast with KFXL-TV in Lincoln, Nebraska. As of mid-August 2009, KFXL had become the main station promoted among the stations, and the entire network was rebranded as KFXL, Fox Nebraska. KSNB left the became the affiliate of The CW in December 2009 and KTVG soon followed in April 2010, leaving KFXL as the market's Fox station.

KSNB is owned by Colins Broadcasting Corporation and was operated by Pappas Telecasting Companies under a Local marketing agreement until the expiration of the deal on November 30, 2009. Through this LMA, KSNB was sister station to KPTM, the Omaha Fox affiliate, and the Nebraska Television Network, composed of ABC affiliates KHGI-TV in Kearney, KWNB-TV in Hayes Center, and KHGI-CA in North Platte.

Universal Sports was replaced with Bounce TV as a secondary affiliate after the announcement to go cable only.

Anime National Stations announced that they will sell KSNB-TV to Gray Television, which will make KTVG-TV the only affiliate of the CW. ANS announced that they will purchase KHAS-TV and use it as a Semi-satellite to restore its viewership to the Lincoln DMA. It will also add Kids Box TV programming to Sunday mornings due to closure of the Vortexx block and the startup of Litton's One Magnificent Morning.
