Mayhem
Green was well known for her somewhat eccentric and excitable behaviour backstage, but become well-liked by the fans and DXX Superstars alike. On 20 June 2008, she went on strike with other DXX workers sick of the Mayhem Superstars' treatment towards them, though she did work briefly at One Night Stand to try and impress Carari Grey to save her job. Newcomer Ayanna Kaktus filled in her segments for the duration of the strike.
Green had no formal training but had her first in-ring experience in July 2008. Upon her return from strike Carari Grey had promised Green a special surprise upon her return that was waiting for her in the ring. When Sarah had made her way to the ring she was ambushed by Raisha Saeed who beat her in quick fashion to retain her DXX Womens Championship. Saeed and her bodyguard Sylvia went back to finish the job when Heather Jeanette ran down and saved Sarah from another attack. Despite being hurt in her match, she continued to interview the following week alongside newcomer Karasu Tenchi.
Despite not being in the ring herself , Charlotte Cross and Ayanna Kaktus are clasified as a DXX Diva, unlike fellow DXX Staff member Lily Aurora. One of Green's most notable moments, popular amongst male fans especially, is when she wandered the backstage dressed in a Play Boy style Bunny suit which she explained was from attending her nephew's fancy dress party.
At Declaration of Retribution Green poked fun at Ayanna Kaktus, Kaktus hit back and the two starting quarrelling. The next week Green was overheard talking with friend ,Charlotte Cross, by both Ayanna and Leila Soleil-Darcie, the result being all four women brawling backstage causing Kevin Nash to get involved to break things up. An angry Carari Grey booked a match between Sarah and Ayanna that night, despite Sarah's plea she was forced to participate. In the ring, she did better than her previous match, this time getting in a Low Blow, but it was Ayanna who ended victorious. Shortly after a match was made Mayhem the following week where Sarah would team up with Mickie James to take on Ayanna and Beth Phoenix in a special Double Referee Tag Team Match, the referees being Ayanna's friend, Leila, and Sarah's friend Charlotte Cross. Adding to the Divas ongoing rivalry. For the match she was also being traiend by Mickie James. Despite confusion, Sarah and Mickie were announced the winners of the match.It was then announced that at DXX Anniversary that Sarah would be facing, Ayanna , Charlotte, Leila, Mickie and Beth in a lingerie contest. Sarah came third place overall, following Mickie James and Charlotte Cross respectively.
In late August/early September, Ayanna Kaktus was released from the company, since then Green has had less of a storyline role within the company.
Dismissal
During December 2008, Lord Lucas Mitchell dished out a grizzly Christmas gift to his staff, excluding his good friend Samuel Evers. The gift was that he would re-shuffle the existing staff to have a new production team based on a staff dispute over pay. He made it apparent that some would not survive the re-shuffle, and Sarah Green didn't. It is unknown whether she will remain a part of DXX or resume her career elsewhere.
