KZUP-TV (Anime 19) is the local Anime TV Affiliate for Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It transmits its analog signal on UHF channel 19. It is owned by Taylor Media Stations Group.

The station signed on the air in 1999 as an UPN affiliate, but went to an independent station after its contract ended in 2003. It lost the rights to Raycom Media's WBXH, also known as "My BR TV".

For some years, the station once carried telecasts of the Texas Rangers baseball team. It also aired Family Feud during the 2002-2003 TV season, the first season hosted by Richard Karn--prior to that period and after that period, the show aired on WAFB. The station airs a telecast of the Shepherd's Chapel every morning. During the day, it airs programming from JTN. During prime-time, it airs Anime TV programming. During the evenings, the station airs the Funimation Channel.
