I AM DR.FARNSWORTH, ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL.IN THE HILL VALLEY TECHNICAL SCHOOL FOR SPECIAL NEEDS BASED IN THE PACIFIC REGION. AFTER DUE INVESTIGATIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS, I HAVE DECIDED TO OFFCIALLY ANNOUNCE SHIN'S ACCEPTANCE FOR OBVIOUS REASONS.
• Josh-chan: This opportunity sounds very intriguing and, to be honest, I am having trouble realising Shin's behavior just now. I am working with a student of mine on a very important school project which needs an increased injection of funds to realise his full potential, a story which started back when I was teaching Meadow Fields Kindergarten. This may prove just the solution to his behavioral problems. But here I am assuming this acceptance was really meant for Shin? My student - the scientific brains of his new acceptance if you will - Shin Nohara is growing more enthusiastic each time I mention it. He has no learning abilities really, as the development of his behavior, as I have called you, requires a good deal of further investigation.
• Dr. Barnsworth: Be it as it may, I have already started making plans to have the forms gathered together before the end of this week but I will need your student's signature too so as to have the committee conclude these documentations so you and the Noharas can leave for Hill Valley sometime early this week.
• Josh-chan: We have no time to lose. Until we heard from the committee, Principal Ench (my boss) is at his wit's end about the foreclosure on Meadow Fields. I don't mind admitting, and need to get back Shin's future education.
• Dr. Barnsworth: What is happening with Meadow Fields? I am a bit concerned.
• Josh-chan: Anyway sorry for all this rambling, and let me get back to our discussions. Meadow Fields, as I think I have mentioned, is at the mercy of foreclosure securing some further liquidation. If this is necessary, then of course to smooth the wheels of learning this can be organised. When would you like to see Shin? Shin has told me that he is keen to meet you face to face in any case.
