Unity of the Shadows is the 10th story of Topmonhit Story, in which Noshum and Vivian are married. It is unique in that it takes place at the exact same time as the previous story, atlhough the two have nothing to do with one another.

Trivia

• The story as an abnormally large amount of references to The 1576 Kingdom Novel; the fact that Noshum is a main character in that may have somethin to do with it.
• Pokemon Platinum 3: Time, Space and Darkness was (mostly) going on at the same time as this story; ironically, the end of that story featured a collab with The 1576 Kingdom Novel, which meant Noshum appeared in both stories.
• The ending of the story, where Beldam and Marilyn renounce their evil ways, was never planned until that very part was being made.

Connections to Other Stories

• This story continues The Shadow Sirens' quest to bring the Shadow Monarchy back, which was defeated in The Shadows Cometh (Or Something Lousy Like That). It also technically ends it, though the Shadow Prince vows revenge.
• Noshum gave Vivian the wedding ring at the end of the '07 Holiday Special: How the Angry Scientist Stole a Christmas Carol.
