This will eventually be a complete list of all named Non-Player characters in the game. No matter how trivial, they'll be here, so when that guy shows up on your thread you can look him up by name and go "Oh, YEAH! I remember him! He served me a hamburger three scenes ago!"

All NPCs should have a "In-game appearances" section in their sheet, which says which scenes they took part in and gives a brief explanation of their role in the scene.
