[edit] Personnel File: Night of Thunder

Night of Thunder is a mortal - to the best of our knowledge - too young for a duty station. He is 6 years of age and has no security clearance.

[edit] Description:

Night of Thunder is a brown-skinned, green-haired, green-eyed boy of typical Lookshyan descent. Please see attached image and video footage for details. The standard battery of aptitude tests showed him to be exactly baseline in all categories - a suspicious result, especially given how fast he is able to learn things. There is speculation as to his parentage, but only his mother knows, and she has not even told him.

[edit] Personality:

Despite having the typical fears of someone his age (please see attached video of him getting scared at a warstrider's shadow), Night of Thunder is notably disciplined...too well. He displays most indicators of being a savant, especially the ability to focus extremely well on novel stimuli (such as a new language), but tests above the normal savant threshold in many areas.

[edit] Storyteller Only:

Night of Thunder is a godblood. His powers haven't yet manifested, and his mother hopes they never will: Night of Thunder's father is an incredibly potent Slayer named Endless Rain, who fell in love with an injured draonblooded woman who dared stand alone against him and his armies. For her, he spared Lookshy and risked the wrath of his hellish masters. His son has inherited his instinctive mastery of tactical warfare from both parents. Unfortunately for his reputation and that of the current Daimyo of the government of Lookshy-in-Exile, Night of Thunder has inherited some measure of his father's hellish power. It will show if he is ever truly enraged: the boy has the power to command demons by manifesting his father's burning eyes, and while he doesn't know it yet his mother is aware from training him that he is far stronger and faster than a six-year-old has any right to be. She's trying to find a way to disguise him or a cover story to protect him from the people of the dream, who know Endless Rain as the monster who burned Great Forks to the ground publicly executed the Emissary of Nexus.
