Steel-Faced Laughter is a Chosen of Endings and the Chief Medical Officer of the Dream of Sweet Rain. He is 34 years of age and has Bridge-Level Security Clearance.

Steel-Faced Laughter is a serious-looking man with dark, somber eyes and a rigid demeanor. He tends to dress in immaculately pressed uniforms and to move with a stiff sense of formality. As his name suggests, however, he is actually a bright and cheerful fellow once you start to talk to him, and he makes friends easily. Please see attached image and video footage for details.
