WIIC-LP is a low-power television station in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, broadcasting locally on channel 29 as an affiliate of JTN and NOYZ, from facilities in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh. WIIC-LP is a former affiliate of MTV2. Like most over-the-air MTV2 affiliates, it was an affiliate of The Box until that network's acquisition by Viacom in 2001. The station is owned by Taylor Media Stations Group.

Today, WIIC-LP airs programming from JTN during the day and NOYZ, a hybrid music/text messaging channel, during overnight hours.
