KFFS-CA is a Class A low power television station in Fayetteville, Arkansas, broadcasting in analog on VHF channel 36 as an affiliate of Telefutura. The station is owned by Taylor Media Stations Group. It is a sister station to Anime Tube affiliate KWFT-LP, and Telemundo Affiliate KEGW-LP. History
The station began as a translator for KFDF-CA, a Retro Television Network affiliate. In October 1988, Equity Broadcasting transferred the licence to Taylor Media Stations, who brought the station on the air and obtained its initial license on March 30, 2007..
KFFS-CA dropped its RTN affiliation in April 2007 and affiliated with The CW until September 2007. KFFS-CA became a Telefutura affiliate. It is possible that this station will become a Univision affiliate if Equity Broadcasting's station KWNL-CA decides to affiliate with it's new network LAT TV.
