Shinnomundo is an Spanish-language television network owned by Taylor Media Stations Group and Anime National Pictures. The network was scheduled to launch on June 1, 2009, however on April 19, 2009, Taylor Media filed for early broadcasting rights, airing the Shinnomundo network with promos for the first time, saying it had reached an agreement with latino viewers of 30% of its first lien secured debt that would extinguish all of its $2.7 billion in legacy debt and preferred stock and recapitalize the company with a $150 million new viewing commitment.[4]
