WRDQ channel 27 is an Anime TV affiliate based in Orlando, Florida. It transmits its analog signal on UHF channel 27 in Osceola County, and its digital signal on UHF channel 14 from Christmas, Florida. The station signed on the air in 2000.
WRDQ is co-owned with WFTV by Cox Television (Under Local Marketing Agreement with Taylor Media Stations Group). WRDQ airs a nightly 10pm newscast ("Anime News" at 10) produced by WFTV. This title was derived from when WRDQ was branded as "Action 27" at the time when they launched their newscast, but Action is no longer used as it now branded as "Anime 27". Taylor Media announced that they will become an alternate affiliate of ABC and The CW in case of a live news coverage or special events on WFTV and WKCF. In addition, ABC News This Morning and The Daily Buzz will be aired in separate time slots since WFTV will be doing local news in the morning and WKCF will air sitcoms or other syndicated cartoons.
