Relvia is a Gardevoir with red instead of green. She has gifted intelligence, but also gifted eccentricism. She's also very friendly, but not one to back down from a fight; she is also heroic. She likes long walks on the beach and--wait, what? She has super-duper psychic powers and stuff. Oddly enough, Swal is often seen hanging around her.

Top Story Bio
Relvia is a Gardevior from Lyrids town in the Cindek region. She mostly teleports wherever she goes. She’s friendly with most friendly friends she meets, but overall she’s pretty eccentric. However, she is also very smart. After the events of Pokemon Realgar, she left Cindek. In early 2007 she evolved from a Kirlia into Gardevior.
History
Cindek Pokemon League
For the first... while of her life, Relvia lived in Cindek. Then, in 2004, as a Kirlia, she decided to take on the Pokemon League Challenge, gaining some allies in the form of Tron, Iris, Lucky, Hydra, Dr. Pikachu, and Danny. Soon after, they met Rose, who Relvia battled and defeated. After getting one badge, they met Swal. After getting their second badge, they learned the High-Speed Train was broken down, and the power source of it was stolen. They chased the culprit, but ran into Rose, now with a Sableye named Deyeal and McNeil. They were defeated, though, and the team also met a Garchomp named Salvadore around this time. Continuing on, they ran into Regirock, which had a mind-control device on it. They destroyed the device, and retrieved the power source.
The team then won their third and fourth badges, battled against Rose and McNeil once more (but this time they also battled Jiggly and I.M. Ugly), then went to win their 5th badge. They then got theier 6th badge, but then were contacted by the Professor of Cindek, Professor Persimmon. They met up with him, and learned some stuff, then there was an explosion up north. The team hurried north, only to run int Regice with a mind-control helmet. They battled, destroying the helmet, and got an artifact for Professor Persimmon.
Back to their gym challenge, they got the 7th badge, but then when they headed to get their 8th, Registeel was attacking the city! Relvia went south with Tron, Lucky and Dr. Pikachu to find the gym leader's partners, and had one last battle against Rose and McNeil, in which their team split apart. They then went back north and found out Regigigas was at the northwest section of the region, at Gamma Lake. The team went there and battled against the villain of the region, who revealed to be a cyborg Hitmontop named Opt. Once he was defeated, Regigigas awoke, and they had to blow up the cave and make it collapse to defeat it. Finally, they got their 8th badge and defeated the E-l3+3t, winning the Cindek Pokemon League.
Leaving Cindek and Evolution
The team of 9 went their separate ways, with some of them leaving the region to go after Opt, who had been seen escaping the region. Relvia was one of those, but was unable to find him and simply began exploring. In early 2007, she evolved into a Gardevoir. Woo.
I think she appeared in Pokeworld Peril 3 or something but I don't remember so whatever.
Eventually, she found herself in the east part of Sinnoh somehow, where she stayed for a time. When the Pokeworld was invaded by Pokemon robots, Relvia fought against them at Sunyshore City, running into Iris there. Then Top, Oshy and Topper showed up and they all fought against a Porygon-Z. After it escaped into the main ship of the area, which was shaped like a Wobbuffet, they went after it but were sent through a portal that caused them to go inside the ship's computers.
They fought against the Porygon-Z again, this time Iris was able to destroy it, and they tried to turn off the ship. Unfortunately, Top hammered it and the ship began to go crazy, smashing and bashing around the city until the gym leader, Volkner, shocked it and shut it down. After the war, Relvia and Iris parted ways once more as Relvia headed back to Cindek.
At Cindek, Relvia met up with Swal once more, but then Regirock, Regice and Registeel began to attack Cindek, so Relvia called for help in the form of Danny and Tron, who were currently on the planet (they brought some others, including Team TOT, with them too). The regis were defeated by everyone working together and whatnot.
Personal Information
Personality
Relvia has a combination of both a high intelligence and a high eccentricism. Despite her appearance as being delicate, she's actually not delicate in any way and certainly not a flower. She's very nice and generally happy with a positive attitude, but if her friends are in danger, her power generally goes near its peak. That, and when her eccentricism is at its highest are when her powers peak the most.
When she was a Kirlia, she enjoyed dancing a lot; as a Gardevoir, she dances somewhat less, but still enjoys it. She is also not seen on the ground very often, preferring to float along the ground.
Appearance
Relvia is a Gardevoir (or Kirlia) with red as opposed to green (while the rest remains the same).
Abilities
Relvia has the ability to see into the future, but usually only about 3.14 seconds into the future. Anymore than that, and it gets fuzzy. She doesn't get very good reception. Other than a wide host of Psychic powers, Relvia has the Trace ability, allowing her to copy an ability from a foe. Final Smash: Psychic Break
Relvia uses Psychic to lift everyone into the air. They’ll be stuck and unable to move, and she can attack them. Yay. It’s kinda like Disable, actually. It’s also similar to Peach’s Final Smash, only there are no peaches, but everyone is unable to move longer. Plus, being attacked doesn’t mean they can move.

Top

Relvia thinks Top is a funny little odd thing, although not exactly the brightest burn in the grill. Or something.
Oshy

Had they had not met on the battlefield, and instead had met on a more peaceful setting, Relvia would have likely appreciated Oshy's knowledge.
Topper

Relvia is friendly with Topper, but there wasn't much time for anything important to be noted here.
Swal
- Main Article: Swal
Relvia and Swal are good friends, having met fairly early in the Cindek Pokemon League journey, and Swal is just about the only Pokemon in that group Relvia normally keeps in touch with. Mainly because Swal seems to be following her. She can't figure out why he's following her, though.
Rose
Relvia and Rose are rivals, although Rose pretty much just despises Relvia. Relvia tries to avoid Rose, because she knows every time they meet there's going to be trouble, and she would prefer to avoid trouble. Relvia has no real ill will towards Rose, but Rose just won't leave her alone.
Danny

Danny's short fuse didn't show up much in Pokemon Realgar, and because no one called him fat or a kitty (I think), she is good friends with him and stuff.
Dr. Pikachu
Relvia is friends with Dr. P, although she's not sure if he's really a doctor. However, like everyone in Pokemon Realgar, their personality wasn't spot-on.
Iris
Relvia and Iris get along okay, although Relvia is probably too eccentric for Iris' liking. Likewise, Relvia thinks Iris should lighten up some. Or a lot. Iris never actually stated she wanted to go with Relvia, but she was dragged along anyway.
Lucky

Relvia was a minority in their group, what with 2 Pikachu and 2 Mudkip, but she was still good friends with Lucky. Lucky was the only character who went along with Relvia and was already there in the first place.
McNeil
Relvia thinks of McNeil as a bit of a brute, and thinks he should calm down. She's pretty sure his intentions for working with Rose were anything but moral.
Tron

According to Relvia, Tron is crazy. But in a good way.
Trivia
- Relvia's very first appearance was in a Pokemon Mystery RP that Topmonhit ended up cancelling. He never actually revealed she would become a permanent character.
- Relvia is one of the few Pokemon characters that Topmonhit uses two different evolutionary forms of depending on the time, given that he knows when she evolved.
- For Halloween 2009, Relvia went as Marzipan.
