Swal is a Swalot from the Pokeworld (of course) who, like most Swalot, likes to eat. A lot. A lot, a lot, a lot. That is mostly what can be said about him. He is often seen hanging around Relvia, although it's unknown why he seems to follow her a lot. In fact, the only appearance of Relvia without Swal has been Pokemon Obscure Metal.

Top Story Bio
Food. That's about all Swal things about, as he's a Swalot, and his stomach makes up most of his body. Give him food, and he'll do just about anything. For a few seconds. Give him more food and he'll keep doing it. He looks like a normal Swalot but has a blue mustache thing. Did I mention he likes food? He lived at Cindek for a while, eating food, but then left and then he ate more food and that's all I know so far. If you look tasty he might try to eat you. If you don't look tasty he might still try to eat you. Seriously. He's eaten an old tire before. FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOD
History
Cindek Pokemon League
It's unknown what Swal did for most of his life other than eat a lot, but at some point he took in a group of Gulpin (although really he moved in with them) and organized them to take food from a local restaurant. It was about that time that a group of Pokemon going for the Cindek Pokemon League came by. They found Swal and the Gulpin in an abandoned warehouse, and set up a deal where the Gulpin worked in the restaurant and got food, shelter and novelty items. Swal, however, didn't like fancy restaurants, so he went with the team attempting the cindek league challenge.
The gym at the city was closed, so they got their 2nd badge and the high-speed train broke down. They fought a rival team that apparently didn't like them, then fought Regirock. Someone mysterious took the high-speed train power source. They then got their 3rd badge, 4th badge, fought the rival team again, 5th badge, 6th badge, 7th badge, then began having more trouble with the bad guy. They had to fight Regice and Registeel, eventually meeting the bad guy face-to-face (named Opt), then fighting Regigigas. Throughout the overall challenge, Swal was defeated the most due to using Explosion a couple times. In the end, they were able to beat the E-L3+3t and win the league challenge.
Following Relvia
With the League challenge won, the team separated and left Cindek. The exception was Swal, who began to follow Relvia for some reason. In fact, in almost every appearance of Relvia, Swal appears as well, with currently one exception. The exception was when he was back in Cindek, during which Relvia showed up again, but then Regirock, Regice and Registeel began to attack Cindek, so Relvia called for help in the form of Danny and Tron, who were currently on the planet (they brought some others with them too). The regis were defeated by everyone working together and whatnot.
Personal Information
Personality
Swal's personality pretty much revolves around food: it's mostly what he thinks about. He's a good fellow, but doesn't have a big heart or a big brain due to his extra-sized stomach. This is from a biological standpoint, though. He's sort of goofy, and sometimes has trouble distinguishing between food and... everything else. For some reason, though, he doesn't seem to like to be alone.
Appearance
Swal looks the same as a regular Swalot, only he has a blue mustache.
Abilities
Swal has the ability, like other Swalot, to eat just about anything and not get sick; usually he won't get full, either. Despite the fact he's not sludgey like a Muk, Swalot has the Liquid Ooze ability, causing anyone to drain energy from him to take damage themselves. He also has the Sticky Hold ability, able to hold onto items without losing them. He also knows these attacks:

Swal starts using Stockpile, growing bigger and bigger, until he can’t use it anymore and then either uses a massive Spit Up, doing massive damage to anyone who gets hit by its large radius, or Swallow, healing all damage.

Relvia

For some unknown reason, Swal likes to follow Relvia around. It's known that this isn't because he's in love with her, though, because he's in love with food. It's just a thing he does.
Rose
Swal thinks Rose is a meany, mostly because he tried to eat her and she attacked him because of that. He doesn't like to be around her and wants her to go away when she does appear. He does think she looks tasty, though.
Lucky

Swal attempted to eat Lucky once, but other than that, they seem to be on okay terms; Swal hasn't tried to eat him again... yet.
