Story
Part 15-1: Preparing the Plot
At the Dark Perforation Castle, The Dark Perforation was telling Metal Top that sending him to Mobius was a test for him, although it was also to make a distraction so Minorbu could get the diamond. Metal Top had passed, so he was to lead the invasion of the Pokeworld that was coming up. They would wait for the Metal Army to attack Star World, then when that was over they would attack the Pokeworld, knowing the militaries of that area would be worn out.
Elsewhere, Snophia had Stawl go find out what was going on elsewhere in the castle, and learned that they were going to attack the Pokeworld. To make the plot make sense, however, Stawl went to Top while the Metal Army was attacking Star World; at that time, Top was at Shiver Star visiting the survivors of the Iclan Kingdom and when Stawl showed up he forgot to warn Top of the impending doom.
Part 15-2: Pokémon Invaders
At Gisho Castle, Topper was convincing Oshy to let them stay at Gisho Castle when Top popped in to tell them that Stawl just appeared and told him that the Pokeworld was going to be attacked by The Dark Perforation Army. Meanwhile, just outside the Pokeworld, various Dark Perforation ships based on various Pokemon were coming towards the planet. Metal Top mused that if they failed, they could still use the planet as a base, if not the creatures themselves.
Meanwhile, at Olivine City, Danny was relaxing when Wepro randomly appeared. Soon after Danny saw the Pokemon-based ships high in the sky. At Mauville City, Cyrus Vance got a message about the ships, and that they were filled with robotic life. They prepared to fight against them, but durin the space battle various ships broke through and made it to the planet, where they began to attack the four main regions. Meanwhile, Team TOT were in Top's Ship, flying through hyperspace towards the Pokeworld. They ended up right in the space battle against the ships and were hit, after which they began falling towards the planet.
Part 15-3: Metal Pokemon Appeared!
At Mauville City, the city had began to be overrun with robotic Pokemon; a Magenzone-shaped ship had landed, and the two Magnemite appendages had gone to New Mauville. Cyrus Vance and his soldiers prepared to try and take back the city, but some Metal Glalie appeared and froze a good number of them. Just then, Lucky appeared to help out and wanted to go with them. The Metal Glalie were destroyed, but further in the city a group of Metal Flaafy appeared. The Metal Flaafy climbed on top of one another, but were stopped with the help of Tig, who also appeared out of nowhere. They hurried into the Mauville Gym to work on a plan.
Part 15-4: An Electro Plan
Topmonhit forgot about Whacko so he poofed him into the story. At Mauville City, the robotic Pokemon were still trying to get in, but Wattson and his assistant, Watt, saw that some non-robots had come into the gym and opened the doors, allowing them to get away from the front.
Wattson explained the robots had gotten into New Mauville too, and Lucky suggestd they use some Electrode in the gym to blast the robots back and get into New Mauville. Watt realized they could make an energy surge to shut off the robots if they got there, so they began with that plan.
At New Mauville, Metal Plusle and Minun, Mult and Div, were getting reports of the Electrode explosions. They were having trouble with something, so they were about to send the Magnemite ships at them when a Shadow Ball hit Div. At Old Mauville, the Metal Flaafy were destroyed when the Magneships appeared to attack them.
Part 15-5: Top Can Really Take a Licking
In a black background, Top was on top of a giant ice cream cone and began eating it. Little did he notice, however, a giant tongue that appeared and licked the ice cream, covering him in saliva. Just then, he woke up, and saw he was in a cage in a basement with Metal Dugtrio around. Slurp the Lickitung was with them, as well. The capital ship had landed in northern Kanto and had taken over Cerulean City, then they went south to Saffron City and took over it and Silph Co.
Team TOT wasn't sure what was going on, though, so they asked Wally Plotch, who explained that Team TOT had crashed at Saffron City and the robots kidnapped them, taking both Top's Star Ship and their Palladium Fire Flowers. Slurp began to use Metronome, and the Metal Dugtrio retaliated with Metal Rock Slide. This just broke the cage, and Team TOT escaped with Slurp. They began to fight the Metal Dugtrio, which ended in Slurp glowing blue...
Part 15-6: Attack of the Robot Nerd
At Mauville City, the Magneships attacked everyone with electricity. Cyrus called for an orbital strike, blasting the Magneships to pieces. They headed into New Mauville and saw a giant Metagross five times the nomal size. There was also a Metang in there that they mistook for a member of the Dark Perforation Army until Mult and Div attacked it. The Metang was hardly hurt, and introduced itself as Merty.
They fought against Mult and Div, destroying them, but then Lucky accidently hit the activation button for the giant Metagross, thinking it was the deactivation button. The giant Metagross slammed the ground, knocking everyone over, and Lucky tried to deactivate it by pressing the button again. Instead, it caused it to initiate its self-destruct sequence, leaving five minutes. Lucky panicked and hit it repeatedly.
Eventually Lucky hit the bottom so much, it sprang out and smoke came out; the giant Metagross was deactivated and defeated. They sent out an electrical surge, deactivating all the nearby robots, but deactivating New Mauville as well. Merty proclaimed he'd stay there and start running New Mauville himself, and Cyrus called for some transports to pick them up.
Part 15-7: Saving Silph Co.
At Silph Co., a group of Metal Venomoth were patrolling the halls when a door blasted open and a flood of water came in, sweeping the Metal Venomoth into it. Team TOT and Slurp were riding on the door, and apparently Slurp had used Surf. They eventually crashed into a room with scientific gizmos and found their Palladium Fire Flowers. Top wanted to find his Star Ship, but Oshy said they should save the company first. Not knowing where to go, Top jumped on a random warp tile and found the Silph Co. employees.
Unfortunately, there was also a Metal Hypno in the room (later known as Hypular), and they all ran into another warp tile where they found a power supply room filled with Metal Jolteon. They began to fight them, eventually ending in Slurp grabbing Topper while spinning; Slurp crashed into the Metal Jolteon, smashing them to bits, then hit a power generator with Iron Tail, blowing it up. At the top, Metal Top could feel shaking from the explosion, and told the president he had five seconds to give "it" to him.
Part 15-8: Master of... Wait, What?
Team TOT made it up to the 11th floor, but remembered they couldn't get to the boardroom via the stairs. Slurp used Metronome and used Draco Meteor, blasting a hole in the wall. The president said that a robot of Top just escaped through the hole in the ceiling, and had stolen a powerful item. They headed to the roof and saw Metal Top in a Crobat-shaped vessel.
Metal Top told them they were too late, and that he now had what he was there for: a Master Ball! Metal Top sent a Metal Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise at them and escaped. They began to battle, with Topper fighting Metal Charizard, and Topmonhit got rid of Egghold. Eventually the Metal Trio were defeated, and Team TOT got Top's Star Ship back. Slurp remained at Silph Co. with the president, though.
Part 15-9: Next Time, Try Pom Pom
At Olivine City, once the robots came down they began to kidnap residents, but a number of residents hid in the lighthouse, including Danny and Wepro. Danny said they needed to come up with a plan to stop the robots, but then Mr. Okra appeared, recognizing Danny as a YB and introducing himself.
Suddenly the door to the lighthouse burst open and a Metal Typhlosion came in; Danny realized hiding in a lighthouse was a dumb idea, and they began to fight. During the fight, a trainer in the lighthouse sent out their Kingler, which attacked and destroyed the Metal Typhlosion. Other trainers began to come forward and they went out to fight against the invaders.
Part 15-10: Holy Calamari!
Danny, Mr. Okra and the trainers fought against the robot Pokemon for three hours, all while Wepro complained that fighting was wrong. Jasmine, the gym leader, came to help during the fight, and soon after Octbert appeared to help too. Danny and Octbert remembered each other from a while ago, and Octbert mentioned something about a robot of Top and a robotic Politoed heading towards the Whirl Islands. Danny realized it was Metal Top, and they headed after it.
Part 15-11: What Do You Mean, Their Section is One Part Longer than the Other Groups’!?
Danny, Mr. Okra, Wepro and Octbert silently got to the Danny Cruiser, and to avoid flying vessels from attacking them, went underwater. This would prove to be a problem, as a Metal Feraligatr showed up and smashed into the ship, creating a hole that began to leak water. Danny and Octbert fought the Metal Feraligatr while Mr. Okra and Wepro tried to get the ship above-water. Instead, they accidently hit the ship with its own missiles.
Octbert threw the Metal Feraligatr into the air, letting Danny hit it with Thunderbolt without hitting the water, and it was destroyed. At the Whirl Islands, Metal Top and a Metal Politoed (later known to be Metoad) got to the Whirl Islands in a Chinchou-shaped ship, apparently going after Lugia. In the Danny Cruiser, Octbert used metal from the Metal Feraligatr to fix the holes in the ship.
Part 15-12: It’s-a-me-a, Luigia!
When they arrived at the Whirl Islands, a Metal Meganium suddenly appeared and attacked them. They were able to defeat it; meanwhile, inside the Whirl Island caves, Metal Top was about to catch Lugia with its Master Ball when it was blasted away with Aeroblast. The heroes went into the cave and saw Lugia, who was fine, so they left to go to a location with one of the large battleships that had landed on the planet. Octbert remained, however, after swiping the Master Ball that Metal Top had.
Part 15-13: The Deathly Song (or) It’s Curtains For You!
Danny, Mr. Okra and Wepro landed at Route 35 and prepared to head into Goldenrod City when a group of Metal Forretress appeared. They fought, but the fight ended with the Forretress using Explosion, defeating Danny, Mr. Okra and Wepro. A day passed before they came to, and found themselves in a closed-off room each with a single window and with a Cherrim named Chemoly. Danny tried to escape, but was unable to break the walls down.
In each room, they then heard static, which eventually died down and they heard a voice come through. In the Radio Tower, a Metal Chatot, Sir Chatsalot, began to speak, introducing its "radio show" and its first song was Perish Song! It sang it through the radio waves, and everyone in the city heard it. Soon, said Sir Chatsalot, everyone in the city would be permanently disposed of.
Part 15-14: EXTERNAL LINK
With Mauville City freed, some transports came to pick up Cyrus, Lucky and Tig, bearing the news that the itemporary commander was killed in battle, making Cyrus the in command of the Pokeworld's Defense. They were brought to Mossdeep City to command the troops, but this part wasn't about them. Instead we went to Team TOT; with Silph Co. safe, they left and began to argue where to go next.
Team TOT eventually decided on Sunyshore City, which had a Wobbuffet-shaped ship stationed there. Unfortunately on the way there, they crashed at Route 222. They attempted to get into Sunyshore City, but a Bronzong appeared to knock them out. Inside the city, Iris was fighting against a Metal Starmie.
During the fight a Metal Primeape appeared to attack her, but Relvia appeared to stop it. Then a Metal Scizor appeared to attack them, but was hit with a Metal Bronzong, after which Team TOT came in. After introductions, a Porygon-Z suddenly appeared yelling out random gibberish and prepared to attack them.
Part 15-15: Give up. NOW! >{
Danny was still trying to smash his way out, while Mr. Okra was attempting to find a hidden passageway. Wepro noticed a loose brick, pulled it out, and the walls collapsed. They got out to the above-ground city and headed for the Radio Tower, though at this point Chemoly suddenly became her happy sunshiney self. Chemoly tried to skip over to the Radio Tower, but a Metal Heracross appeared and attacked her. She was able to defeat it by herself, however, and they went into the radio tower.
Chemoly went back to her depressing form, and a cage fell on everyone, having been dropped by a Metal Ninetales at the secretary's desk. Mr. Okra popped an SMB2 rocket out of his camera and they began to bash through the floors. At the top, Sir Chatsalot was speaking on the radio when the rocket blasted inside. They tricked it into telling them where the anti-Perish Song record was, and played it throughout the city (it was Sir Chatsalot singing Never Gonna Give You Up). Somehow, in some way, it worked and prevented them from fainting via Perish Song.
Part 15-16: Hyper Beam! Hyper Beam! Hyper Beeeeeam!
At Sunyshore City, the Porygon-Z was using Hyper Beam over and over again. Eventually they got a hit in, and it used other attacks. Whacko came in, saying he just woke up, and was hit by an attack himself. Eventually they were able to defeat the Porygon-Z, however, but then it got up, issuing a warning, and escaped to the Wobbuffet ship, after which it went into a portal. When Team TOT, Iris and Relvia entered, they saw most of the citizens of the city in a cage, but then a bunch of Metal Probopass came down, surrounding them, and pushed them into the same portal.
Part 15-17: End of the Johto Fighting
Suddenly Danny, Mr. Okra and Wepro realized Sir Chatsalot was gone! They heard a very loud buzzing sound, and saw that outside the tower the Yanmega ship was flying in the air near the tower! They realized the Danny Cruiser was very near where they were, and went off into it, leaving Chemoly behind. They burst through the roof of the tower, and inside the Yanmega ship, a Metal Yanmega was controlling it. The two ships fought, with the Danny Cruiser winning somehow. They then left, with the robots all but gone in Johto, to Kanto, where the largest force had been building up. Chemoly disappeared.
Part 15-18: Jumbo/LARGE-Man
Team TOT, Iris and Relvia suddenly materialized in what appeared to be cyberspace. The Porygon-Z appeared again and began fighting them; it pulled out a random cannon that fired Voltorb at them, but was destroyed with a Grenade Egg so it next tried a large Kingler Robot, Heavy Kingler.
Eventually they used a Team Attack to damage the Kingler to where it malfunctioned and hit itself, so the Porygon-Z escaped out of cyberspace until Iris came out and smashed it with Pursuit, destroying it. Top began smashing the Wobbuffet ship with Gallameria until this caused the ship to blare an alarm and start jumping everywhere, smashing into buildings in the city.
Apparently the ship was designed so that if it was attacked in any way, it would start jumping and wobbling around, smashing the city. Volkner, however, used his Electivire to deactivate the ship and it fell over. The city was saved, and the ship was destroyed, leaving only the capital ship at Kanto. Relvia and Iris said their goodbyes to Team TOT as they headed for Kanto.
Part 15-19: A Stark Objective
With the tide of the battle shifting away from the Dark Perforation Army, Metal Top decided to try a drastic move in secret, but his secrecy was compromised and alerted to General Cyrus Vance, who had been in Mossdeep City since learning he now led the Pokeworld Forces. In the Mossdeep Base, Tig was wanting to go out and fight the robots while Lucky was poking Jell-O. A message came to Cyrus telling of Metal Top going to Stark Mountain, and so they, along with a special unit of soldiers, made their way there.
Soon after they landed, however, something began to attack them, mistaking them for robots. It was Ferdinand, who was there trying to explore the mountain but having trouble with the robots around. Ferdinand decided to help them out, and they began to head to the entrance. Deeper in the mountain, Metal Top sat on a throne of hardened lava. A Metal Magcargo and Metal Gastrodon entered and told it of the soldiers coming, and told them to stall them until things were ready there.
Part 15-20: The Not-So-Ancient Robots
Once they reached the entrance of the mountain, a Metal Rampardos and Bastiodon came out to fight them. The Metal Rampardos' head came off and used jets to fly around and attack them, while the body, its weak point, hid behind the Metal Bastiodon. They were able to deflect the head, however, and make it hit the Metal Bastiodon, defeating it. Soon after they defeated the Metal Rampardos.
Inside the mountain, Metal Top was playing Kirby Superstar Ultra when it realized the Metal Gastrodon was watching it. Metal Gastrodon said the soldiers had gotten into the mountain, after which the Metal Magcargo stated that "it" was finished, so Metal Top told them to send in the soldiers.
Part 15-21: That Thing’s Green!
For St. Patrick's Day, the entire part was in green font. Anyway, the group made their way through the mountain until finding Metal Top standing on the hardened lava throne. There was a curtain behind it, and it jumped back into it. The curtain opened, revealing a Metal Heatran. Metal Top said its plan was to cover the whole planet in lava, and the Metal Gastrodon complained that Metal Top had told it the plan was to cover it in water. Metal Top blasted it with an energy shot. Metal Top demanded they surrender or let their planet become a lavaball, but they refused and began to fight the Metal Heatran. All of their attacks seemed ineffective until Lucky realized he had arms; he had evolved! He used Muddy Water to damage the Metal Heatran and cause it to begin sparking, so Metal Top tried to start the lava-filled plan but Lucky used Earthquake to cause the Metal Heatran to break and the wall behind it to collapse, crushing it. Ferdinand remained in the area, but the others began to make their way to Kanto to end the war.
Part 15-22: The Commandobots (Supergiants Part)
It was now one week after one day after the invasion had begun, and the robots had been pushed back to the capital ship, around Cerulean City and Cerulean Cave. The Danny Cruiser, with Danny, Mr. Okra and Wepro, landed to the east. To the west, Team TOT landed. As they made their way to the cave, they ran into each other, and soon after came Cyrus, Tig and Lucky, along with a group of soldiers.
They were all about to head into the cave when they were stopped by a Marowak, Rak, who said he was going in to stop them himself. They convinced him to work with them--or let them help him--or something--and they entered the cave. As soon as Topper asked where everyone is, a Metal Politoed, Magcargo, Hypno, Sceptile and Ninetales fell from above. Then a Gelgoog Elite fell, being controlled by a Rotom. These six Pokemon, save Inifilate, had all appeared in earlier segments but in more minor roles.
After they all had their lines, the battle began, and Inifilate waited for a while before even starting, and they were having trouble before that. However, when Wepro distracted Inifilate, it tried to attack him; Wepro hid behind a rock and Inifilate fell into the water, the robot sparking badly and being defeated. Once it was gone, the battle began to turn in the heroes favor, as Metoad went down, then Hypular, then Sceth, and finally Magtal. Realizing it was the only one left, Nitim disappeared to warn Metal Top they were coming. Finally, the part was brought to you by war is evil, or so says Wepro.
Part 15-23: The World’s Strongest Robot (RP Part)
They entered Cerulean Cave and found Metal Top, along with a large number of robotic Pokemon. Metal Top brought out its secret weapon, however: A Metal Mewtwo powered by the diamond from the earlier Dark Perforation Saga stories! Although they took heavy damage, and the Metal Mewtwo was extremely powerful, they began attacking the diamond, hoping that was its weakness.
After a time, Metal Top being yelling at them to give up or face destruction. After Rak got a Smash Ball, a few more hits and Metal Mewtwo was defeated and fell to the ground, now scrap. They then realized Metal Top and the robot Pokemon were escaping. Cyrus called Orbital Control to make a blockade of the planet and prevent Metal Top from escaping.
Part 15-24: The Diemond
Although a blockade of ships had been set up to stop Metal Top, Metal Top activated a black hole cannon to easily escape them and return to the Dark Perforation Castle. In the cave, although they didn't capture Metal Top, they did save the Pokeworld... until Metal Mewtwo and the diamond began shaking. Stuffwell came out with some startaling news, but then the diamond floated up and blasted Metal Mewtwo to bits!
Stuffwell explained that the diamond had been absorbing power the entire battle, and that it now had enough power to destroy the planet! The diamond then blasted into the air as it prepared to do just that! Attacking the diamond was futile, as it would just absorb the attacks, but Top had a plan.
He went up in his Star Ship and became Suplex Top to grab the diamond and throw it far, far away. With that, the Pokeworld was saved. Metal Top, however, had failed, and was going to leave The Dark Perforation for fear of being scrapped, but The Dark Perforation contacted it and told it to return, for it was time to end it...

Originally, the story had a very linear plot which was that a bunch of robot Pokemon were attacking the planet and The Yoshi Bodyguards would go around to various regions, beating them up. The plot was essentially the same, only without the smaller subplots that ran amock. This was a dumb plot so it was filled in more.
Trivia
- Part 15-8: Master of... Wait, What? title references The Plot of Evil Dreams and Mobius Chaos Episode I: The New Master Plan, both of which had a part named "Master of Disaster" although the second was labeled 2.
- Part 15-9: Next Time, Try Pom Pom title references Strong Bad E-Mail hiding, in which Strong Bad stated his hiding place for hiding from Hide 'n' Seek was literally Pom Pom.
- Part 15-18: Jumbo/LARGE-Man title references Strong Bad E-Mail road trip, in which Strong Bad says every road trip needs an inside joke, though he usually makes it up before it starts (in his example, the inside joke was "Jumbo/LARGE").
- Part 15-22: The Commandobots (Supergiants Part) title, as well as the battles' character introductions, references the Cheat Commandos.
- Part 15-23: The World’s Strongest Robot (RP Part) title references how Mewtwo is said to have been made to be the world's strongest Pokemon.
Connections to Other Stories
- The diamond appearing at the end of the story first appeared in King Top and was stolen in The New Master Plan. The Great Creator and The Great Destroyer would be where The Dark Perforation attempts its revenge, but fails.
- The black hole cannon would later appear in GC&GD. A blueprint of it would also be found and be used so the protagonists could get to the Dark Perforation Castle.
- Top states that he should’ve gotten a statue for activating that “Thingy”. This refers to The Shadows of Nor'Lesha, where Top was used to power up a system. In fact, he did have a statue, but this was unrevealed information until recently.
