Lucky, created September 2007 by Paper for the YB, was a Mudkip that joined the YB for some reason or another and later evolved into a Marshtomp in some random story. He's almost infamous for his not-having-a-personality-...ing.
Paper will add more when he thinks of anything. Or someone else that's a Lucky stalker will. Who knows.

Beginnings
Um... Paper will do this later when he figures something out. All that is certain is that he was born somewhere in the Cindek region.
Pokemon Realgar
The Yoshi Bodyguards
Several years after the events of Pokemon Realgar, Lucky stepped through the doors of the YB HQ. At that time he was personality-confused, so to speak. Um... PMF cannot think of anything right now. Again. Later, maybe?

Lucky thinks Top is a weirdo and would prefer not to get in the line of... oddity fire.
Topper

He doesn't always get Topper, but he considers him a friend of a sort. They've been on plenty of missions together, even big ones, but they don't really have a relation past somewhere between a friend and an acquaintance.
Sneen

To be honest, Lucky barely knew Sneen past how he was seen and heard on the field until the story in which Sneen passed away. On the other hand, Lucky kind of liked him. On the other other hand, Lucky is biased towards Pokemon in general, so that may be part of his liking. Sneen left a message to YB members, and his message to Lucky was to work on his personality, which actually, partially helped him start to work on his identity problems. Partially. He couldn't tell how benign the message was.
Sneezier

Lucky is very confused by Sneezier's grammaritis, but pretends not to seem as confused as he really is.
Danny

Lucky is somewhat biased toward fellow Pokeymans, so he doesn't disrespect Danny so much. And they've met in Pokemon Realgar, so he likes to think that they're sort of old friends in a way. He's a little jealous of all the abilities that Danny has at his arsenal, though.
Sub

Even though Lucky is most certainly ignored by Sub, he has some respect for him. Just because of the vast amount of knowledge he has, along with his fighting prowess.
Hydra

Lucky feels a spiritual bros. connection with Hydra, even as little as they have worked together. He still wonders where his bro in spirit went.
Relvia

He's been good friends with Relvia since Pokemon Realgar started, and was one of the first to join the group. Even though the YB has mostly kept him busy (until he essentially left it to go back to his homeworld), he likes meeting her once in a while to see how things are going.
Iris

Iris isn't seen often, but Lucky appreciates her company and rather likes her after being with her and Relvia through the whole story of Pokemon Realgar.
Swal

He thinks Swal is just pretty weird. He doesn't appreciate the lack of food and not-food when Swal's around, either. But he's okay with the Swalot. Even if he did try to eat him.
Ferdinand

Lucky thinks Ferdinand is a cool guy, partly because of the leek. Lucky hasn't ever actually tried casually trying to get to know him, so they don't know each other well at all, but he still likes him quite a bit.
Slurp

He's less weird than Swal, but more confusing. He likes Slurp even if the Amnesia problem causes him to be forgotten all the time.
Fun Facts
- Lucky didn't do anything in the Yoshi Bodyguards, but has won cutest dog contests.
- He entered said contests to feel validated about himself.
- Lucky has a low self-esteem.
- The fact that he is a Mudkip suggests the only other entrant was Agito. Wait, what?
