Darkness Cometh is the first chapter of The Topmonhit Supra Story, in which Rexor is contacted by Sinister Iniquity Corporation and orders a creature from them to attack Team TOT with for the first time.

Story
To celebrate the new year of 2010, the residents of Gisho Castle throw a party, Top, Oshy, Topper, Apricot, Oh Gee, Testube, PB, Sunset, Shi'un, and Whacko. As Top gobbles down all the food, making quite a mess in the process, the others think of their hopes for the new year. Just as the new year comes Top tries to open a party ball of confetti, but it instead falls to him, bounces off, and knocks Testube into Whacko's wagon, sending it crashing back into the party ball which is pushed through a table and the front door of Gisho Castle, destroying them.
The next day, Rexor is brooding in his castle, considering his past and how he has failed in all his plans. As he is brooding, Dr. Tyrato brings him a letter from something called Sinister Iniquity Corporation, a company that creates evil creatures called Darawcrea. Rexor likes the sound of it and decides to take the free installation. A couple days later, Top, Oshy and Topper are bored, but learn that Rexor had just received a package from a delivery space transporter.
Once the SIC teleporter and communications system are installed in Rexor's Castle, he contacts the company and is answered by Selenel, a sales representative. Rexor orders a Darawcrea from him named Slabaur, but it looks like nothing more than a stone slab. However, it reveals to be able to transform into animate stone sculptures of dinosaurs. Rexor orders it to go to Gisho Castle and attack Top, Oshy and Topper, and it becomes a pterodactyl to fly out of the castle. At Gisho Castle, Oshy sees a speck in the sky that suddenly becomes much larger: Slabaur, landing right in front of the castle.
Top, Oshy and Topper fight Slabaur, nearly freezing it as a pterodactyl but it becomes an anklyosaurus and shatters the ice. It also becomes a triceratops; during the fight Topper gets on top and with enough kicks it begins to crack. He realizes it's made of stone and they smash a hole through it, causing it to explode in stone shrapnel. Just as they celebrate Chimeck appears, telling them that darkness will soon overcome the land, and also asking if they know where Yoshi's Island is. They point her south and she leaves.
Trivia
- Yommy was a one-shot character who was supposed to be a joke on Kammy Koopa, as the scene she appears in is very similar to one with Kammy from Paper Mario: TTYD.
- The name Slabaur is a combination of (stone) slab and dinosaur.
Connection to Other Stories
- Oshy and Topper mention things they did in the past few months, including The Dark Cloud, Topper's Story, and Return to Gisho. Rexor also mentions his only plan in 2009 (from Return to Gisho) was a failure.
