Terra
From Titanpedia

Character Description
Terra is quite insecure. She wishes to do good with her powers, but her lack of control over them makes it a danger instead of a benefit. Before Terra became a Titan, this lack was very evident through her weak control over her powers. She tried to put up a front of confidence, but was afraid of people finding out how unstable she was.
Among the Titans, she is very close to Beastboy, whom she tells everything to. She gets along with everyone else but Raven, who never hides her suspicions. When she returned in "Titan Rising" she seemed to have more control over her powers, but Raven warns, this doesn't make her any less dangerous.
Bio
Upon meeting Terra, the Titans quickly welcomed her to their ranks. At first, it seemed like this hip powerful girl would be a great addition to the team. But Terra had a secret, she couldn't control her awesome powers, she felt betrayed when it appeared Beast Boy told her secret to the team (but Robin figured it out and told them). Angry and alone, she went with Slade, who helped her control her powers.
In Titan Rising, Terra returns to the Titans and joins the team (after saving the Tower from sinking into the sea) - but is serectly working for Slade to destroy the Titans from within.
Despite her mission, she begins to doubt her loyalties; Just as romance with her and Beast Boy blossoms, Terra was exposed as a traitor. Friendless and emotionaly hurt, Terra turned to the only person who would accept her, Slade.
In Aftershock Pt 1, Terra returns in a Slade uniform(with her hair covering part of her face showing she is now apart of Slade) attacks the Titans. After a long fight, the Titans decide to retreat(Robin later makes a promise to Beast Boy to free Terra from Slade's grasp). Soon, Slade sends Overload, Plasmus, and Cinderblock to three different points of the city, seeking it to lure the Titans out and destroy them using Terra. Terra at first thinks she kills Raven, Starfire, Cyborg, and Beastboy but turns out their still alive underground. Robin assaults Terra and trys to convince her to think about her wrong doings, but it dosen't work.
In Aftershock Pt 2, Terra has taken the entire city to it's knees, but Terra still feels her loneliness, and remembers back when she was happy with the Titans, but claims she has "no regrets". The Titans attack her, just as she thought they were gone, Terra is defeated by the Titans and retreats, Slade sends Overload, Plasmus, and Cinderblock to keep the Titans busy. When Terra returns to Slade's hideout he attacks her. She decides to leave Slade, but he uses a remote control in her suit to control her. Beast Boy follows Terra to the hideout, Terra informs him to destroy her but Slade takes control of her. After a long battle, Terra traps Beast Boy's foot under a boulder, the rest of the Titans arrive and warn her not to kill Beast Boy. Terra apologizes to Beast Boy and attacks Slade. After Terra blows up a miniature mountain her and Slade were on, her power causes a volcano in the hideout to erupt. Never truly losing faith in Terra, Beast Boy sees the error in her ways, Terra sends Beast Boy to the exit of the cave and sacrifices herself to save the city, now merged with the earth she once controlled the Titans search for a way to restore her.
In "Things Change" Beast Boy finds a girl that looks exactly like Terra(Also finding out Terra's statue gone), Beast Boy was convinced Terra has indeed returned. The Titans don't believe him when he tells them learning that Cyborg's chemical researches never led to a cure as did Raven's spells. But Terra insisted that "things change" and she was not the girl he knew. Beast Boy decides to let go and look toward the future, with Terra to walk her own way.
