The ranks are as follows:
Teen Titan: Bureaucrat with Sysop powers. This is a very hard rank to get to. Members must meet requirements in order to proceed to this level. However, there are special cases in which a Titan can proceed to being a Teen Titan more quickly than usual, but the case is most often during a severe vandal attack.
Titan: Bureaucrat- People that have shown exceptional values in the Titanpedia wiki. They hold greater powers than Heroes in Training, and Civilians. H.I.T.'s can be promoted to this level if they have blocked enough vandals and contributed enough to the wiki.
(Experienced) Heroes in Training: These users are granted more freedom than regular Heroes in Training, due to their skill level and contributions.
Heroes in Training: Normal users. They can edit pages, and contribute to the wiki, thus gaining power over time, but they can not move pages.
Civilians: People that do not have an account in Titanpedia. They can use the wiki normally, viewing pages, but they can not protect, move, watch, edit, or delete them.
Banned: Although the name speaks for itself, Banned users are blocked from the wiki, ranging from a few hours to being indefinitely blocked, based on the damage they have caused. Banned/blocked users are generally discussed over, and it is voted on how much time that the user is banned/blocked on the wiki, and if they could come back again (though they only get to come back once, if they didn't do too much damage. After they come back into the wiki, they can not be brought back, if they get banned/blocked again).
A special few will be promoted if they have shown to make enough contributions. Please note that the order/ranks might change.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Q: How many edits does it take to be promoted?
A: The answer you are talking about varies. The contributions do not count if you are making a minor edit, or if you are updating your profile page or talk page, in order to be fair. Here is a basic guide to get you started... HIT to Exp.HIT- 100 contributions, or has shown exceptional skills in their edits. Judging is determined by the Admins in the Heirarchy of the wiki.
Exp.HIT to Titans- 250 Contributions (or having blocked some villains sent by "Slade"- this Wiki's worst enemies... vandals)
Titans to Teen Titans- 400-450 contributions (or by blocking vandals)
- Q: How can I stop a vandal?
A: If you are a user, you can go to the admin's talk pages (listed above), and write the username of the vandal on their talk pages. They will then take action against the vandal.
- Q: How many vandals do I need to block to get promoted?
A: It has to defend on how large the damage is done. If you have reverted the damage, which was a colossal mess left by the vandals, then yes, you can get promoted with 1 or 2 vandals reported/blocked.
