[edit] Season 1: What?
Wikihood is back! But a there's a catch. The repeated deactivating and reactivating of the simulation's systems have corrupted many of its programs, resulting in random and unpredictable glitches. How will our heroes cope? Pretty badly.

| 2.9 | Evil is the sweetest candy | The criming continues, and the Legion gets some new allies. |
| 2.10 | Trap'd! | The LoE traps the users in a haunted house, and the user's only hope comes in the form of a small penguin. |

| 2.12 | The Big Blue Screen | The users find themselfs fighting for their own existance in the LoE's most odatious plan yet. |

The Legion has been removed from the scene, but their legacy can still be felt. A highly virilent viral creation of the LoE has been unleashed upon the simulation, but can it infect the planet? Can the Wiki Users stop the viral creation and the dark army? Tune in next time! Same Wikihood time! Same Wikihood channel!

| 2.16 | Tower of Turmoil | This episode was good until Super Sam ruined it. Then it became stupid and plotless. |
| 2.17 | Plastic Rectangle | A virus not named Y2K will be born... |
| 2.18 | More Back to the Future references | The LoE begins its next phase while the Wiki Users make "Back to the Future" references. |
| 2.19 | Time to Split | Alternate versions of different peoples are made. Idiocy continues throughout the episode. |
| 2.20 | Ekul, Strong Sader and Chwoka's Excellent Adventure | Ekul, SS, and Chwoka all have an excellent adventure. The bodacious DeLorean is made. |
| 2.21 | Alternate Attacks | The alternates cause several time retcons as Noxigar unleashes his powers upon Apoc's ineffective Combine. Noxigar joins the alternates later on, but accidentally wastes energy from incoherent use of the Chaos Emeralds. |
| 2.22 | Wikihood's Break-in | Apoc's conquest continues as the Combine is protected by a SkyShield. Noxigar tries to ensure everyone's safety while waiting for the Chaos Emeralds to recharge. |
| 2.23 | Terminal Flaw | Noxigar and Bubs make it to Angel Island, but they encounter Darlon, who seems to have his memory restored somehow. |
| 2.24 | 'Quite the Nightmare | The Wikihood universe is erased and everyone's doomed. |
| 2.25 | Viral Reckoning | The universe is doomed. The lack of Homestar content has collapsed the fabric of reality, and the simulation must reboot or all is lost. Also, Eric dies. Big whoop. |
