As a Matoran
Dreiken was a resident of Aerrock Nui and a Ko-Matoran, however nothing else in known at this time about his past.
As a Toa
Dreiken was transformed into a Toa after graduating along side Lai and Thekoo. (Who he did not actually know at that point). At this time he obtained his original weapon, the Spectrum Gauntlets. He apparently roamed and traveled the Northern Continent for a few thousand years, and it is during this time period that he was given the title of Toa of Valor. During one of his travels, he met Thekoo in the Nowhere Desert, and they both joined Dlakii's party soon afterwards.
(This section is largely unfinished, I'll take care of it as soon as I can. -Dreik)
Equipment
Dreiken's tools and weapons as a Matoran are unknown at this time.
Before his "upgrade" transformation, Dreiken wielded a pair of gauntlets on his wrist known as Spectrum Gauntlets. This special weapon allowed Dreiken to fire concentrated beams of intense light directly from his hands. During his later transformation, the Spectrum Gauntlets transformed into the Firestorm Gauntlets, which allow Dreiken to infuse entwine fire into his ice power, which creates the bolts of icefire he uses so often.
Dreiken's primary (and favorite) weapon is Template:Naegling, of of the five "legendary" weapons hidden at Kini-Nui. With Naegling, Dreiken can fire bolts of "spectrum" light, several times more powerful than those produced by his old Spectrum Gauntlets.
Powers and Traits
Dreiken possesses all the standard powers of a Toa of Ice, although he rarely uses them by themselves, rather preferring to fuse it into icefire with his Firestorm Gauntlets. He is an excellent fighter, having trained at multiple dojos, schools and the like, including iKKf's dojo. In addition, Dreiken shows great talent and skill with a bow, which is why he chose Naegling as his weapon at Kini-Nui.
The Kanohi Hau is Dreiken's mask, although its shape strongly resembles a Hau Nuva.
Personality
Dreiken has a very distinct and varying personality, for example, he can be cautious at times, but he has also been shown to recklessly charge into battle when his friends are in trouble. He makes wisecracks during deadly situations, probably to keep his teammates (and his own) morale up.
While usually peaceful and not easily angered, he has gone into extreme rages before. A good example of this is in Template:Unknown Turaga II:Land of Dragons
Trivia
- Originally Dreiken was a Toa of Spectrum, and not a Toa of Ice. The reason for the type change was to better fit in with the official BIONICLE storyline, and to also fit with scenes that showed Dreiken using ice in The Unknown Turaga II: Land of Dragons.
- Dreiken's abnormal coloring in his first Toa form has to do with an as-yet unrevealed event that happened to him as a Matoran.
- Personality-wise, Dreiken was originally supposed to be semi-insane, but the idea was scrapped.
