Arukka, a Turaga of Plant Life, is the current Governor of the Turaga High Council and ruler of the Daxian Archipelago.

History

As a Toa

It is known that Arukka was an old and experienced Toa by the time the Toa Calix were formed. He served as the sole Toa of the Daxian Archipelago and is known to have been tutoring an apprentice Toa of Plant Life by the name of Eljay. At some point long after this, he became a Turaga.

As a Turaga

Shortly after becoming a Turaga, Arukka assumed the role of ruler of the Daxian Archipelago. Over time, he gained much repute within the Turaga High Council, and eventually was voted in as the new Governor of the Isles.

Some time later, following the extinction of the Shadow Dragons, he bore witness to the resignation of Lord Harkha and the appointment of Lord Dreiken to the role of Lord Toa.

Powers and Traits

As a Toa of Plant Life, Arukka was capable of controlling all manner of plants; it is known that he specialised in the manipulation of vines. The full extent of his powers in Turaga form is unknown.

Personality

Arukka is, compared to most Toa, clearly well-educated. He has a predilection for using a higher vocabulary, well-read, regarded as a high thinker, and is a voice of calm and reason in any debate.
