Wasp contacts Professor Grey (Jean’s dad) about the location of his daughter. Professor Grey does not know his daughter's whereabouts, nor the location of the X-Men and divulges nothing.

• The X-Men are revealed to have holed up in a safe house on Pier 88 in New York City (one of 5 safe houses that they possess).

Xavier contacts Moira MacTaggert about the evacuation of the Muir Island facility. She reveals that the process is complete.

Wolverine and Shadowcat return from the Savage Land expedition. Wolverine reports that Cyclops died during the mission. The X-Men embarked upon this mission in Ultimate X-Men 23 and 24.

Magneto attacks the Triskelion, deletes the files regarding him on the hard drives, and kneecaps Quicksilver in retaliation for his betrayal.

Xavier contacts the Ultimates to explain his actions and to attempt to clear the X-Men’s name. Captain America states “no deals” and refuses to listen to Xavier's argument.

Notes:

- Senator Turk pushes the President to restart the Sentinel Initiative.

- Captain America references that he recognizes Wolverine as Jim Howlett. Cap says he was a “Special Forces hotshot from Toronto” and that they did a couple of air-drops together in the summer of 1944. The squad referred to him as lucky Jim.

- During Magneto’s attack of the Triskelion, it is stated that the Ultimates have been searching for Magneto for 48 hours.

- The President of the United States is identified as "President Bush”
