• Beast continues his internet relationship with Naomi (the Blob under a false identity). He reveals to her in a moment of trust that Magneto is still alive. Through the Blob, the Brotherhood of Mutants sets up a meeting/date for Beast and “Naomi” in order to ambush him and learn Magneto’s location. Prosimian leads this attempt, in rebellion against Quicksilver.
• Xavier replaces Colossus with Wolverine on the Savage Land expedition. Kitty Pryde stows away on the X-Jet.
• Senator Turk is leading Iceman’s family to sue the X-Men for 100 million dollars regarding his injuries from Ultimate X-Men #19. He has paid all of Bobby Drake’s medical bills and is trying to shut down Xavier’s school. Bobby’s dad has been released from his job and the family is in financial trouble.
• Wolverine and Cyclops arrive at the Savage Land and find that Kitty Pryde has stowed away with them. They make her return to the plane and wait.

- Blob’s assumed identity’s email address is Mutantchick421@yahoo.net . The identity of Naomi is apparently a mutant international model that has not “come out” yet. She is said to have a PhD in Infrared Astronomy.
- Jean grey describes the Phoenix Force to Cyclops. She believes that she is “host to an ultra-dimensional entity that wants access to this reality so it can annihilate us like it annihilated a billion worlds before us”. It speaks to her in Latin and calls itself the Phoenix Force.
- Cyclops references the Ultimates and the fact that Kitty Pryde is acting like she believes that she is a member.
- Bobby Drake’s family lives on Long Island.
