At SuperBrawl IX, Brent Huntley defeated Jon Rispens to win the WIW Heavyweight Championship. On the April 20 episode of ShowDown, The Sandvig Brothers (Brian and Dave Sandvig) made their main roster debut and helped Craig Sandvig to defeat Jax Teller, Kyle Webster, Justin Buchannan, Derek Reintjes, and Louie Blood, Jr. in a six-pack challenge to become the number one contender for the WIW Heavyweight Championship at Full Throttle.
