The Last Stand (2012) is an upcoming efed professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by Attitude Era Wrestling, which will take place on December 16, 2012 at the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington. It will be the second annual The Last Stand pay-per-view.

Background
The first thing announced is a tournament by Attitude Era Wrestling that will decided No. 1 contenders to the AEW Tag Team Championship, the participates for the tournament was announced last month at the Ultimate Ascension with a Lottery and the participates are as follow: Christian teaming with The Hurricane, P1's Austin Aries teaming with Cody Rhodes, Brock Lesnar teaming with Samoa Joe, Antonio Cesaro teaming with former King's of Wrestling partner Chris Hero, Wade Barrett teaming with Dolph Ziggler, Dean Ambrose teaming with Cactus Jack (now teaming with Kevin Steen), P1's leader AJ Styles teaming with Richie Steamboat, and finally Jeff Hardy and Abyss. On the December 3 episode of Concussion The previously scheduled tournament was changed to a Tag Team Elimination Gauntlet match with the winners facing Chris Jericho and Bobby Roode for the AEW Tag Team Championship later in the evening.
