Superclash (2012) is a efed professional wrestling pay-per-view that is produced by Attitude Era Wrestling. The show will be the first Superclash event. Nine matches have been officially announced, including Colt Cabana defends the World Heavyweight Championship against the WrestleWar winner Dolph Ziggler, Cactus Jack facing Dean Ambrose in a Hell in a Cell match and the first ever Money in the Bank ladder match with the participates being Chris Jericho, Randy Orton, Bobby Roode, R-Truth, Justin Gabriel, Jimmy Jacobs, Sterling James Keenan, and Damien Sandow. Also two Starlets title matches with Kelly Kelly defending the AEW Starlets United States Championship against AJ Lee and Michelle McCool, and Candice Michelle defending the AEW Starlets Championship against Eve Torres, Velvet Sky and Maryse. The vacant AEW Intercontinental Championship will also be decided in a Battle royal Gauntlet match.

The main feud leading into the event is for the AEW World Heavyweight Championship where the AEW World Heavyweight Champion Colt Cabana defending the World title against Dolph Zigger who won the WrestleWar match, In the coming weeks leading to the event, AEW Director of Authority Taz announced that Ziggler was out with injury and would not compete in the main event of Superclash for the World Heavyweight Championship. The month before the Superclash pay-per-view that was created by Project Mayhem Mayhem Cabana defeated Taz to retain the World Heavyweight Championship, The next night Taz announced that Cabana would once again defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Taz at Superclash with Ziggler being out of action. June 11, 2012 at a 3-hour live event of Concussion Cabana would defeat Bobby Roode to once again retain the World Heavyweight Championship, in the same night the contract signing for the World title match at Superclash between Cabana and Taz, Ziggler would return and be re-entered into the World Heavyweight Championship match.
Another main feud for Superclash is Cactus Jack facing Dean Ambrose in a Hell in a Cell match leading into the pay-per-view, Ambrose cost Cactus Jack the Elimination No. 1 Contender's match at Betrayal and through out the weeks on, Cactus Jack and Dean Ambrose have been in heated battles through the backstage. Cactus Jack would announce the Hell in a Cell match at Superclash on a episode of Concussion.
Another main match leading into Superclash is the first ever Money in the Bank ladder match with the participates being, Chris Jericho, Randy Orton, Bobby Roode, R-Truth, Justin Gabriel, Jimmy Jacobs, Sterling James Keenan, and Damien Sandow, R-Truth, Justin Gabriel, Jimmy Jacobs, Sterling James Keenan and Damian Sandow earned spots by drawing in matches, Chris Jericho announced himself in the Money in the Bank ladder match, Randy Orton was announced by the commentators that he would be in the Money in the Bank ladder match, and Bobby Roode was announced by the AEW website AEW.com. The winner of the Money in the Bank ladder match can cash in the Money in the Bank briefcase anytime, anywhere he wants for up to one year.
Another match announced for Superclash is Austin Aries vs. The Rock in a Singles match, it is being titled as "The Great One" versus "The Greatest Man Who Ever Lived" on the June 11, 2012 episode of Concussion Aries and Rock had a confrontation that would lead to a match between the two at Superclash.
Another match that was announced on the June 11, 2012 3-hour Concussion was a Fatal four way match for the AEW Starlets Championship where Candice Michelle would be defending the Starlets Championship against three challengers, Eve Torres, former Starlets Champion Velvet Sky and Maryse.
A match announced for the pay-per-view was a Over the top rope battle royal for the vacated Intercontinental title, after Taz had stripped Bryan Danielson of the AEW Intercontinental Championship the title will be decided in a Over the Top Rope Gauntlet match with the six of the matches participates being announced by AEW.com; AJ Styles, Cody Rhodes, Ric Flair, Chris Sabin, Alex Shelley, and Scott Steiner, On the June 18, 2012 addition of Concussion Sid, Bray Wyatt and David Otunga were announced to be in the match also
Another match announced for the pay-per-view is a Triple Threat match for the AEW Starlets United States Championship with the current Starlets United States Champion Kelly Kelly defeated the title against AJ Lee and Michelle McCool this match was announced on the June 11, 2012 episode of Concussion.
Another match scheduled for the Superclash pay-per-view is between the Director of Authority Taz and Project Mayhem's enforcer Kurt Angle with the two facing off in a Submission match.
Another match scheduled for Superclash is AEW Light Heavwyeight Champion Petey Williams versus AEW Television Champion Chris Hero in a Two out of three falls match with both Petey Williams AEW Light Heavyweight Championship and Chris Hero's AEW Television Championship both on the line.
