TLC: Tables, Ladders, Chairs... and Stairs is an upcoming professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by IWE. It will take place on December 14, 2014 at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. It will be the sixth annual TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs event.

TLC: Tables, Ladders, Chairs... and Stairs will feature professional wrestling matches involving different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that played out on IWE's primary television programs, Raw and SmackDown. Wrestlers portrayed heroes or villains as they followed a series of events that built tension, and culminated in a wrestling match or series of matches.
At Survivor Series, Bray Wyatt defeated Dean Ambrose by disqualification after Ambrose hit Wyatt with a steel chair. It was then announced on IWE.com that Ambrose will face Wyatt in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match at TLC.
On the November 24 edition of Raw, Ryback attacked Kane after Kane threw a hotdog at Ryback while selling food at a concession stand. On the November 28 edition of Smackdown, Ryback defeated Seth Rollins by disqualification after Kane attacked Ryback, hitting Ryback with a chair afterwards.
