[edit] Notes

a. ^ Big E, Kingston, and Woods defended the title under the Freebird Rule. Also, during New Day's second reign, the title was renamed Raw Tag Team Championship after SmackDown established the SmackDown Tag Team Championship.
b. ^ During the first three reigns, Big E, Kingston, and Woods defended the title under the Freebird Rule. For New Day's fourth reign as a stable, Kingston was not recognized as champion as he was the reigning IWE Champion, and for New Day's fifth reign as a stable, Woods is not recognized as champion as he is inactive due to injury.
