Blackout (2012) is an upcoming efed professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by Attitude Era Wrestling, which will take place on November 25, 2012 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. It will be the second annual Ultimate Ascension pay-per-view.

Background
The main event for Ultimate Ascension is the second annual Triple Tier Cage match with current reigning AEW Champion Damien Sandow defending the World Heavyweight Championship against The Miz, TBA, TBA, TBA, TBA, and TBA. On the October 31 special Devil's Night Concussion the co-owner of AEW announced the first two competitors would be the winner of the Buried Alive match for the AEW Championship and The Miz, later on in the even during the main event Colt Cabana won the title from Bray Wyatt, only to loss the AEW Championship to Sandow who cashed in his Money in the Bank breifcase on Colt Cabana to win the AEW Championship.
Another match that is set to take place at the Ultimate Ascension pay-per-view is the second annual Money in the Banker ladder match for a shot at the AEW Championship within one year, There will be a total of Ten superstars in this Money in the Bank ladder match. On the November 5 episode of Concussion Wade Barrett, Jeff Hardy, Jamie Noble, Richie Steamboat, and Antonio Cesaro were announced for the Money in the Bank ladder match.
