Kraggi Moletrousers the Third is the heriditary head chef of Hobbiton, Khazakstan.

Being a once sane hobbit chef, he came to the Grassy Vale looking for a rare species of mushroom, but went completely bonkers when confronted with Ssnikts and rose petals on the same day. He is now crazy, but still as sexy as all of Kraggi's characters are. Especially Kraggi. Kraggi is very sexy. Sexier than you could ever comprehend.

He is also considered to have the worst singing voice known to man (or any other species). Lee once compared it to the sound made by his Uncle Carabas, the day he caught his tail in a fire door.
