IPON is open to new members - but we do not need to go in search of new members at this time. If a nation comes to us and asks to join, they can go through the application process. Existing IPON members can then decide if we want to accept them. Individual IPON members are also welcome to invite nations to start an application, we request that you advise other IPON members before doing so.
