IPON SUMMIT IV ITEM C2 - INACTIVE MEMBERS PROTOCOL

Passed (4 votes in favour)

Should an IPON member miss one IPON Summit they shall be moved from the “full members list” and be considered an “inactive member”. Should an IPON Member miss two consecutive IPON Summits they will be expelled from IPON. Should a member know they will be unable to attend a summit they can publicly announce this on the IPON Council Forum to gain exemption from this rule.

Inactive Members lose their voting rights until they re-appear and post in an IPON thread at which point they become an Active Member again.

Expelled Members lose all IPON membership and must re-apply as a new application if they want to re join IPON.
