The Wygons are species of fierce, proud, strong, intelligent warriors and skilled combat tacticians from the Salnos Galaxy. They are Half-wyvern and Half-Dragon, having the ability to spit blue fire and fly. Being a warrior race, they seek to fight for honor, conquest, and to prove everyone they are strongest race but unlike the Orks, they aren't bloodthristy nor barbaric. They are also the founding members of a reformed facist nation, the COUE.

History
The Dragon's Way
Three millions years ago, a small group of Celestial Architects went to the Salnos Galaxy to study and research new species. The Dilsysoner Dragon is one of them, a large winged predator that spit extremely hot blue fire. They studied them they decided to test their new genetic experiment on them by adding Wyvern DNA they extracted from a dying race in their homeworld. They sent the DNA change into their ecosystem via a monolith, and within a few decades, the Dilsysoner Dragon grew to become a sapient species. Like most emerging proto-species, they used fire for a more practical use instead as some natural weapon. Eventually, the Dilsysoner Dragon became the Wygons, forming a warrior based society due to predator behavior.
In the 15th century, an advanced human civilization named the Salnos Commonwealth arrive to their homeworld and attacked them for galactic unification. Dispite the Wygon's fiercesome abilities and superior military, the human's technology is too advanced for them to beat they no choice but to submit their entire homeworld and their society into the commonwealth or face extinction. During their membership in the Commonwealth, they found themselves as the dominant military muscle for the entire nation's structure - hardly surprising given the warlike feudal nature of their homeworld. What was surprising was the cyclical stability this new society was able to offer. Technological and medical advancement prospered, and the intelligent, aggressive Wygons were peerless until they encountered the humans. With exchange of goods and ideas, the Wygon adapted to and eventually embraced the Commonwealth, grafting its tenets to their own society. As centuries passed, more races joined the commonwealth which at first, distrusted them due to the commonwealth's proto-form of social darwinism later accept them as the norm.
Commonwealth vs. Federation
In 1853, the Galactic Federation met the Salnos Commonwealth. At first, they about to get along but a zealot in the Galactic Federation killed alot of Commonwealth members in a suicidal attack. The zealot's last words, "Federation over tyrant", sparked a deadly war between two galactic nations. The Wygon dominated the battles but the Commonwealth's luck will turn sour when they pushed back into their worlds. They are forced to surrender due to a heavy toll on their forces. Their govrnment's recent hedonism is the major factor of their loss which lasts for many years, decaying the nation from the inside out, physical and socially.
The Reign of COUE
Due to the to their defeat by their neighbor, the Galactic Federation, money is almost worthless, living conditions were below average, and military is decaying due to budget problems. Just they about to be collapsed, an idealist Wygon named K'yan Randew gathered many followers and sparked a revolution. The military is no match for the revolutionists and K'yan himself became the first "Kalfulaku", meaning "grand leader" in Wygon, of a new nation, the Confederation of Universal Evil. The most loyal became a special force called the Nova Corps which will become the Death Korps in the 21st century. While COUE is still young, they expanded their power by claiming over new worlds in their own galaxy they didn't conquer as the commonwealth. They then developed their ideals into Social Darwinism, ideals made from Wygon traditions. Since then, it ruthlessly took over areas surrounding their galaxy and eventually a few sectors near the fringe of Galactic Federation territory.
Characteristics and Appearance
The Wygons are tall and strong dragon wyvern hybrids, able to lift cars but unfortunatly, they can't lift anything heavier like a Mobile Suit or a tank. They have sharp teeth thus they are purely carnivores. Their body is a standard humanoid type and carbon-based. They have four finger which never hinders their ability to use them like most "handy" speices. Most members of species have no tail but some have short tail they used for fasion or as a weapon. Like most dragons, Wygon can breath fire but they have an effective way to perform it, a quick spit of a fireball. Their flames are blue in color which is hotter than red flames, able to melt steel like a Plasma Beam. They can fly thanks to the wings in their backs but when they wear the combat armor they often wear in battle, they can't fly but makes up for the ability to glide, only the jetpack retores their flight ability. Their other ability is cling and climb on most walls unless it's goopy or slippery.
Their reproduction is pretty much laying eggs. The mother usually protects the eggs from harms until they hatched and rasied from childhood.
Silver blood run in their veins, making them part of the Confederation's social elite in their darwinistic society. Dispite its appealing appearance, the smell is something else, Coshi remarked it reeks of rotten lemon and burnt rubber that even people with a great sense of smell can make them queasy.
The Wygon Troopens in the military wore advanced Class-7 Combat Armor, the latest model combined from personal sonic-based body sheilds and the traditional military harness all soldiers of the confederation used throughout history. With the armor and sonic sheild, it can withstand ballistic weaponry such as bullets and sound attacks but can't withstand other attacks such as energy weapons, sniper weapons, and others that the sonic sheild can't deflect. The armor itself allows the Wygon to withstand most enviroments except extreme conditions such as raditation or the opposite effect, microwaves.

- I don't meant to intrude, nor do I mean to quack I mean defend Sneezier and also I hope it doesn't turn out you weren't serious, but I think in this case Sneezier was using ideas he doesn't believe in but that was using the general idea for antagonists. I mean, isn't this about Social Darwinism, which doesn't really have anything to do with Biology (more or less) and can also be spun in any way you want since it's completely terrible crap that is just saying "we are better for arbitrary reasons, and because we cheat probably" and he is probably representing them as bad and arrogant and twisting ideas to their own uses?
