Daleks are the Metal Army's main shock troopers created for just two purposes, war and superiority above living beings. Unlike their distant monoeyed cousins, they have only have eyestalks. Many feared them when they mow down billions of living beings. They came from an another universe where time travel is used more frequently than electricity. They are mored feared than the Metal Army itself. Their programming is nothing but hate and obeying the Metal Army. Some say it is the physical embodiment of the Metal Army's ultimate objective.

Design
The Dalek's outer body is just a compact machine called a Travel Machine where most of gadgetry and weaponry are attached to. The casings were made of bonded polycarbide armour called dalekanium which can be converted from Denzium Ore. The voice of a Dalek was electronic. Their most infamous statement was "EX-TER-MIN-ATE!", with each syllable individually screeched in a frantic electronic scream. Other common utterances included "I (or WE) OBEY!" to any command given by a superior. Daleks also had a radio communicator built into their shells, and emitted an alarm to summon other nearby robots if the casing was opened from outside. The Dalek's eyepiece was its most vulnerable spot, and impairing its vision will make it blind until it is repaired. The Dalek casing also functioned as a fully-sealed environment suit, allowing travel through the vacuum of space or underwater without the need for additional equipment. A Dalek is connected to its casing through a positronic link while the robot itself generate power and provide the AI.
Due to their gliding motion, some prototype models of the Dalek were notoriously unable to tackle stairs, which made them easy to overcome under the right circumstances. Mass Production models have hovering capabilities intergrated from repulsor legs of a Dom Brute so the stair problem is eliminated.
The robot itself inside the Dalek shell is a small octopus-like robot called the Kaled Core. A round robot with eight tentacles and a monoeye. The core robot is not so harmless when it latches onto the victim and injects a lethal chemical to kill the subject. This robot is both the mind and battery of the Dalek. It also control large robots and vehicles such as the GAZuOOT tank or the Komusai Landing Craft. The RF version can now possess any form of machinery against its will to become violent berserker of the Metal Army.
Their energy sheilding is extremely powerful which extremely useful in any battlefield, acting as mobile walls to absorb enemy firepower while other allied troops fired from behind.
Daleks had little individual personality and a strict hierarchy. They are designated by their species' name and a series of serial numbers and a letter such as DALEK-68436483653 R. They were conditioned to obey superior orders without question. Ultimately, the most fundamental feature of Dalek culture and psychology was an unquestioned belief in the superiority of Robotkind. Living Beings were either to be exterminated immediately, or enslaved and then exterminated later once they were no longer necessary. The default directive of a Dalek was to destroy all non-robotic lifeforms.
Another offshoot of this superiority complex was their complete ruthlessness and lack of fashion scene even though some of the high ranked Daleks have embedded jewery on their body. It was because of this that it was nearly impossible to negotiate or reason with a Dalek and it was this single-mindedness that made them so dangerous and not to be underestimated. However, their reliance on logic and machinery was also a weakness, albeit one that they recognized in themselves. As a result, they have to rely on other robots superiors compensate for these shortcomings.
When they upgraded into RF Daleks, their weaponry expanded from just a gunstick to a varity of weapons such as Spiker Guns, Gernade Launchers, Missles, and even melee weapons such as beam swords, and even chainsaws.
The claw is also upgraded to the NMAR phase, On the "palm" is a plunger-like device which can morph or interact with any machinery such as hacking. It could also serve as a weapon. Placed over the nose and mouth, the arm can generate enough hydraulic suction to suffocate and kill the victim and enough traction to more than crush a human skull or rip through sheet metal. The claw's pincers can rearrange themselves into a hand with one claw act as an opposable thumb. It can heat up to slash through organic and plant material if the victim gets too close.
Metal Sneezier used them for multiple purposes in his nation aside from being soldiers such as patrol guards, secret police officers, Military Police, factory workers, commandos, weapons specialists, and snipers.
It can incorporate various visors such as the combat visor. In order to capture the distance of the objects, two pictures taken by the eyestalk have to be processed and compared. The NMAR version now has multiple visor modes, original ones, copied versions. Not only it gives the eye clear HD redition, it makes the unnessessary little scrawls of code invisible, lock onto targets faster via HUD, survey squad member status, and scan targets for upload into the Metal Army Database.
All NMAR robots like the RF Daleks have red liquid with nanomachines inside their bodies, the answer to a living being's blood cells. With them, they can self recover from most attacks and maintain their bodies without any assistance from an engineer or any repair drone. If they receive any wounds, they "bleed" out the nanomachines like an organic's bloods, it could be unsettling for most people which could make them confused for either cyborgs or people in robotic armor.

The head processor contains 8 maximum output links. The internal, SAGE-type CPU contains a system that is capable of executing mathematical logical enactment and an analog neuro-connection between all components. It allows the A.I. to be "sentient", capable to feel and act like a living being.

Containing a 10 link system connecting to all major body components governs the power control system, while a Murmmington 4000 Chip Series 12, with 12 basic loading ports, utilizes HUD imaging in the optical area. The Dalek version allows the core section to possess any form of machinery.

This frame is what keeps the robot intact like any other skeleton. The RF Version can repair itself thanks the NMAR Nanomachines.

RK-47 Assualt Spiker Gun
Image come later! | The Spiker rifle is usually the main weapon for the Zaku Trooper replaceing the RZ-14 submachine gun. A .75 cal projectile weapon that fires extremely hot and sharp bullets called "spikers" to wound and kill enemies. The rapid-firing, razor-sharp, heated projectile could tear through armor and flesh with ease creating devastating wounds, extremely painful for the rare few who survived being hit by one of the spikes. The weapon is industrial strengh so it can penetrate most energy sheilds. When a Spiker is fired, it leaves a fowl smell, similar to smog. Boost thrusters
Image come later | A standard issue equipment for all Daleks, it allows the Dalek to float over obstacles such as stairs or to dodge deadly attacks. It allows for accurate and precise jumps from location to location, giving the Dalek the mobility and tactical flexibility. Unlike the Flyer Packs used by RF Goufs, these do not provide them with a permanent airborne presence or the ability to accurately fight and hover. It is designed for use on a terrestrial environment where after the initial jump they can rely on gravity to bring them back to ground. |
