Originally born to Sebastian and Emma Roulier as Jack Fulbright Roulier, their second child after Ris, who was born three years prior. From the moment he was born, Jack, too, was destined to participate in the war for humanity during 1999 - but Jack's fate did not lie in New York. Rather, he was destined to become a Seal of London. Emma secretly placed her son into an orphanage, hoping he would grow up to be a great man.
For the first six or seven years of life, he lived in an orphanage in Southampton. It was during this years that Jack learned to fend for himself and protct himself by any means possible. Everything changed, however, when he was suddenly adopted by William Brant, head of the powerful Brant clan in Wales. William himself was a powerful dowser, a person who uses the Earth's magnetism to locate treasure and people. It turned out that Jack had a talent for dowsery as well, and became William's student.
He spent the next eight years living in relative comfort. He grew up knowing his destiny, how he was a Chosen One and all, fight to save humanity, blah blah blah. An impressionable youth, Jack took this in stride, fashioning himself as the superhero "Compassman". In the fall of 1998, Jack parted with the Brant family to travel to London and prepare for the promised day in 1999.
Jack is one of the longest-surviving London Seals, along with Skuld Hedvig Weyde. He participated in the battle for Buckingham Palace, where he attempted to defeat the Angel Matthew Inglesworth. It was a complete failure -- Jack wound up becoming another one of Mat's twisted experiments. The result turned Jack into an albino, with a scar on his cheek and a pentagram engraved into his forehead.
Though Jack isn't a frontline fighter for the London team, his services as a dowser are invaluable to the group. His powers grant him an impeccable sense of direction, and he can locate people and objects from all over the city. The one exception to this rule would be Oliver Malcolm's Holy Weapon, Excalibur. However, he was among the group that removed the legendary sword from the stone ( which consisted of Oliver and Skuld ).
Early in 1999, he learned of his true heritage as a Roulier from Ris, who had become the leader of the New York City team of Seals.
He is currently dating Tinka von Stefan and eagerly expecting to be the uncle of Ris' unborn son.

A bright, cheerful teenager, Jack only has two things on his mind, most of the time:
1.) Girls.
2.) Movies.
Jack fashions himself as some kind of gigolo or playboy, always passing some kind of compliment to any girl he sees -- just to make them feel good about themselves. Of course, this also makes him rather horny sometimes, and he does know what it feels like to be rejected by a girl. Numerous times. However, sometimes it appears as though Jack is afraid of committment -- it took him three months to wrack up the nerve to kiss his girlfriend, Tinka.
He claims he can quote the entirety of The Matrix. More often then not, this is true.
He's fiercely loyal and will do anything to protect his friends, comrades, and the city of London. He detests most, if not all, of the Angels, because he thinks that yes, there is good in this world, and that good is worth fighting for.

Affectionately referred to as "Compassman" by his teammates, which pretty much sum up Jack's abilities - he's a human compass, able to locate any person, place, or thing within the city of London.
