- Preliminary plans laid for Operation Persistent Umlaut

- The PLFOF site is founded propelling the organization into levels of infamy.

- Operation Persistent Umlaut is launched by Mink, Marten, Polecat, Sable, Lutra, Weasel & Wolverine bringing home the Garter of Glee with only minor incident. Agent Polecat was awarded The Unpleasent Wedgie Demerit
- Agent Grison is quietly inducted into the PLFOF
