Money in the Bank Ladder Match (GWF)

The Money in the Bank ladder match is a efed wrestling ladder match held by GWF. The match can feature anywhere from six to ten participants from the GWF roster, with the objective being to retrieve a briefcase that is suspended 20 feet above the ring. The briefcase contains a contract that guarantees a match for the GWF Championship.

The Money in the Bank ladder match was first contested in 2006 at WrestleMania 7. Since the match's inception, seven additional Money in the Bank ladder matches have been held annually at their pay-per-view event.

  • Wyatt burnt the contract on an episode of Raw is War.
  • Harper cashed in Bray Wyatt's contract on champion Steven Richards to win the GWF World Heavyweight Championship on the September 29, 2014 episode of Raw is War, a week later the World Title would go back to Richards and Harper's reign was scratched from the GWF records.
  • At the Devil's Night pay-per-view event, Wyatt will defend the contract against former Wyatt Family member, Luke Harper.
  • At the Survivor Series pay-per-view event, Damien Sandow defeated Bray Wyatt to win the Money in the Bank briefcase.
  • At the Royal Rumble pay-per-view event, Sandow cashed in on Finlay to win the GWF World Heavyweight Championship.
