TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs (2011) is an upcoming professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by IWE, which will take place on December 18, 2011 at the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore, Maryland.
Eleven matches took place at the event, ten of which were broadcast live on pay-per-view. In the main event from the Raw brand, Justin Eldridge defeated The Miz and Alberto Del Rio in a Triple Threat Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match to retain the IWE Championship. The main event from the SmackDown brand saw Big Show defeat Steven Larson in a Chairs match to win the World Heavyweight Championship. Immediately following the match, Kody Brown cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase and defeated Big Show to win the World Heavyweight Championship.

TLC featured professional wrestling matches that involved different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that played out on IWE's television programs. Wrestlers portrayed villains or heroes as they followed a series of events that built tension and culminated in a wrestling match or series of matches. Traditionally, matches during this event have involved the use of tables, ladders, and/or chairs.
The main rivalry from Smackdown involved Steven Larson and The Big Show over the World Heavyweight Championship. At Money in the Bank 2011 Steven Larson crushed Big Show's fibula keeping him out of action for nearly 3 months. After that Henry one a 20 man battle royal to become the number 1 contender for The World Heavyweight Championship and won the title of Kevin McAlmond at Night of Champions (2011) and defended it a Hell in a Cell 2011. Big Show returned the Smackdown! after Hell in a Cell (2011) and was givin a title opportunity at Vengeance 2011 but they fought to a no contest after the ring imploded. They had a rematch at Survivor Series 2011 but ended in DQ when Steven Larson performed a low blow on Big Show. On IWE.com it was announced the two would face each other in a Chairs match.
The main rivalry from the Raw brand involved The Miz, Alberto Del Rio and Justin Eldridge over Eldridge's IWE Championship. At IWE Survivor Series (2011) Justin Eldridge won the IWE Championship off Del Rio and defended it on the December 28th edition of RAW. The next week The Miz, Del Rio, Dustin Simpson and Nick Kessler were arguing over should be number 1 contender. John Laurinaitis announces that each would face a Smackdown superstar and if they one they would receive a match for the IWE Championship. Del Rio defeated Kody Brown, The Miz defeated Kevin McAlmond via countout, Nick Kessler was defeated by Sheamus and Simpson defeated Zack Nuss (Nuss was not a Smackdown superstar) but gave up his opportunity to give Nuss a U.S title shot. Later that night at the contract signing Laurinaitis announced it would be a TLC match.

Before the event; Dax Hoovestall defeated Alex Riley in a Singles match in a non-televised match. Hoovestall defeated Riley with a Future Shock DDT to gain the win on the non-televised match. This was the only Non-televised match that was on the Tables, Ladders and Chairs card.

The first match on the PPV was the IWE United States Championship match between US Champion Nick Kessler and Zack Nuss. The crowd was really behind Zack Nuss in this match. The match started off with both men trying to get the upper hand over their opponent. The next five to seven minutes had Kessler getting the upper hand over Nuss. Nuss turned the tables after hitting a dropkick from the top rope onto Kessler. Nuss hit some clotheslines and eventually the Broski Boot. Kessler was down, for what probably would have been a 3 count, but Lynn interfered and put Dolph’s foot on the ropes. This action got Vickie banned from ringside. After Lynn left, Nick took control until he went to the top rope. Nuss countered it and hit a hurricanrana from the top rope. The ending came when Nick sent Nuss to the corner. He charged at Nuss, but Nuss countered with knee to the face and the Rough Ryder. Nuss got the pinfall, and the United States Championship.
The next match was for the IWE Tag Team Championship between Tag Team Champions Air Boom vs. Primo & Epico. The match started off between Justin Hensen and Epico. Both men start off the match with both men trading blows with one another. Hensen made a tag to Jose, who hit a dropkick to Epico. Jose tagged in Hensen who took down Epico with a hurricanrana. Primo made the tag, and along with Epico double teamed on Hensen. For the next couple of minutes, Hensen was being hostage in primo & Epico’s corner. Epico hit a backbreaker followed by three back suplexes. Epico locked in a back submission move as well. Hensen got some energy and tried to get the win by rolling up Epico. This allowed Hensen to hit some knees which lead to him making a tag to Jose. Primo was tagged in as well. Jose took down primo easily and hit a crossbody and the Boom Drop. Justin Hensen took out Epico while Jose Serrano hit the Trouble in Paradise on Primo. Jose got the pinfall and retained the Tag Team Championships for himself and Justin Hensen.
The third match of the evening was a tables match between Kevin McAlmond vs. Daniel Gonzalez. The match started off with McAlmond getting the upper hand over Gonzalez. Quickly into the match, McAlmond went outside to find a table. Some back and forth action occurred for the next couple of minutes. Gonzalez got a table eventually and set it next to the apron. Before Gonzalez could get the table set up, McAlmond hit the table which hit Gonzalez’s nose. McAlmond took advantage and sent Gonzalez into the steel steps. This caused Gonzalez to start bleeding. Both men made their way to the stage are where numerous tables were set up. Barrett took advantage and tried to put Orton through a table, but he couldn’t get the job done. Gonzalez sent McAlmond to the ring where he hit a elbow drop from the second rope. McAlmond started to recover and got the upperhand over Gonzalez after reversing a side slam through a table. Orton hit some clotheslines followed by a scoop slam. McAlmond tries to hit the RKO, but Gonzalez didn’t let it happen. Gonzalez set McAlmond on top of a table, as he went to the second rope. Gonzalez went for another elbow drop, but McAlmond successfully hit the RKO on Gonzalez through the table, for the win.
The next match was for the IWE Divas Championship featuring Divas Champion Chandra Denney and Kelly Kelly. The match started off with both divas going to the outside where we saw Kelly Kelly slam Chandra’s face onto the floor. Chandra started to turn the tables by slamming Kelly Kelly onto the mat. Chandra hits a variety of maneuvers which included stomps, punches, elbows etc. Chandra also locked in some submission moves on Kelly Kelly as well. Kelly Kelly got some offense after moving out of the way when Chandra went for a leg drop from the top rope. Kelly Kelly went for her finisher, but Chandra countered that and tried to hit the Glam Slam. Kelly Kelly counters that into a roll up, but Chandra countered that as well. Chandra then hit her version of the Electric Chair. Chandra then pinned Kelly Kelly and retained her Divas Championship.

The first main event of the evening was a Sledgehammer Ladder match between Triple K and Kevin Nash. Hanging above the ring was a sledgehammer, and the superstar that grabbed it first can use it legally in the match. The winner will be decided by pinfall or submission. The match began with Kevin Nash getting the upper hand over Triple K. Triple K answered back quickly by slamming Nash into the announce table. Then, Triple K introduced the first ladder that was used in the match. Nash intercepted and hit Triple K with the ladder, which sent KKK over the barricade. Triple K recovered quickly and leaped from the barricade onto Nash and hit Nash with some right hands. Some more back and forth action took place for the next couple of minutes. After some good offense from both competitors, both of them make their way into the ring. Triple K gets the upper hand and uses the ladder to work on Nash’s leg. KKK locked Nash’s leg into a ladder and locked in a Figure Four Leg Lock. After some more offense from KKK, Nash finally counters and whips KKK into a ladder set up in the corner of the ring. Nash grabs a ladder and hits KKK with it. Nash also hit a side slam on the ladder, focusing on his back. Nash sets a ladder in the corner, horizontally. He catapults Triple K into it. Nash goes to the outside and takes apart the announce table. Nash tries to hit the Jackknife Powerbomb through the table, but KKK counters it and backdrops Nash. Triple K takes advantage and goes for the sledgehammer only to be whipped into a ladder and to receive a chokeslam from Nash. Nash goes under the ring and pulls out a table. He sets it up in the ring and tries to powerbomb KKK through it. Triple K counters that as well and sends Nash into the ladder in the corner. Both men eventually end up on the ladder fighting for the sledgehammer. Triple K knocks Nash off the ladder through the table. KK unhooks the sledgehammer and can now use it legally in the match against Nash. KKK unloads on Nash’s leg with the sledgehammer. Triple K picks him up and goes for a pedigree, and hits it. KKK grabs the sledgehammer one more time, but Nash pleaded for mercy by making the symbol of Kliq, but Triple K responded with a crotch chop and a sledgehammer shot to the face. Triple K covers Nash and picks up the win against his former friend.
The sixth match of the night was a match that was made earlier on in the night. The match featured Sheamus vs. Charlie Wilson. The match starts off with Sheamus unloading on Wilson with elbow drops. Sheamus sends Wilson to the corner and back to the mat. Wilson quickly counters and locks Sheamus in the abdominal stretch. Sheamus sends Wilson in between the ropes and wails on Swagger’s chest. Both men make their way to the floor. Swagger takes advantage and throws Sheamus into the barrier. Swagger sends Sheamus back to the ring and hits the Wilson Bomb, but that’s not enough to keep Sheamus down for the count. Wilson continues with good offense, only to have Sheamus bounce back with some clotheslines. Sheamus goes to the top rope, but Wilson knocks him off. Sheamus quickly recovers and sends Wilson into the barrier. Both men get back into the ring, where Sheamus hits the battering ram from the top rope. Sheamus goes for the Brogue Kick, but Wilson takes the leg out of Sheamus. Wilson locks in the ankle lock, only to have Sheamus send Wilson to the corner. Wilson charges towards Sheamus, only to be greeted with the Brogue Kick. Sheamus covers Wilson and gets the win.
The main event from SmackDown was a chairs match for the World Heavyweight Championship. The match featured World Champion Steven Larson vs. The Big Show. The match starts off with Big Show throwing numerous amounts of chairs into the ring. Steven Larson sees this and tries to leave with his title, saying that match won’t happen. Big Show disagrees and knocks Henry on the floor. Following a knee to the gut from Larson, Larson grabs a chair and smacks Big Show in the back with it. Larson then starts to focus on Big Show’s right hand, the hand he uses for the KO Punch. Both superstars garb a chair and connect with each other. Larson keeps his chair in his hand, as Big Show falls. Big Show fights back with some body blows. Big Show goes for a Chokeslam, but Larson counters it and knocks him back to the mat. Steven Larson goes for the World's Strongest Slam, but Big Show won’t let it happen. Henry stops a Chokeslam, and swings a chair. Big Show counters that into the KO Punch. Big Show covers Larson for the win, and the World Heavyweight Championship. Big Show’s celebration was cut short, due to an attack from Steven Larson. This leads to Kody Brown cashing in his briefcase, pinning Big Show and becoming the official World Heavyweight Champion.
The next match of the night was for the Intercontinental Championship between Intercontinental Champion Mark Semmler and Booker T. The match was supposed to happen earlier on in the night, however Booker was attacked by Semmler twice during the evening. The first few minutes of the match saw Booker get the upper hand over Semmler by hitting some elbow drops and a big kick to the face. Also, Semmler was sent into the barricade by Booker. Semmler manages to counter one of Booker’s moves, and tries to suplex him, but to no avail, However, Mark stills manages to get the upper hand over Booker. Mark takes control and locks in a submission move. Booker fights out of it and hits some chops. Semmler still won’t give up and hits a kick to the head and a strike to the knee, sending Booker down to the mat. Booker fights out of a full nelson and sends Semmler into the corner. Both men deliver a clothesline to one another taking each other down to the mat. Both men get up and trade some blows, however Booker answers back with some clotheslines and a side slam. Booker hits his signature Spinebuster followed by a spin-a-rooni. Booker is dazed and misses the Scissors Kick so Semmler takes advantage. Semmler takes advantage and hits the Beautiful Disaster twice on Booker. Rhodes covers Booker and retains his Intercontinental Title.
The main event from Raw was the Triple Threat Tables, ladders, & Chairs match for the IWE Championship. The participants in the match were The Miz, Alberto Del Rio, and the current IWE Champion Justin Eldridge. The match started off with a little bit of double teaming on Eldridge. Eldridge ducks a double clothesline and takes both men out. Miz & Del Rio get up and still double team on Eldridge by hitting a superplex. Miz and Del Rio go to the floor and try to grab a ladder. Del Rio breaks the alliance he had with Miz earlier on and smacks Miz with a chair. Del Rio grabs a ladder only for Punk to take advantage and dive onto Del Rio. Eldridge and Miz go back to the ring where Miz stomps on Eldridge and hits a chair shot to Eldridge’s gut. Miz sets up a chair in the middle of the ring, but Eldridge moves out of the way. Eldridge hits Miz with the knee to face and tries to hit the running bulldog only to have Miz reverse it dropping Eldridge head first into the chair. Del Rio gets into the ring and Miz tries to hit the Skull Crushing Finale on the Del Rio on the ladder. Del Rio reverses that and slams Miz on the ladder. Punk gets back into the action and kicks Del Rio with the ladder. Eldridge throws Del Rio into the barrier and tries to find a table. Eldridge goes for a superplex through the table but Del Rio let that happen. Due to this action, Del Rio eats a neck breaker by Eldridge on the floor. Miz sneaks up and gives a chair shot to Eldridge’s gut once more. Miz swings, but Punk ducks and kicks Miz. Eldridge garbs the chair and starts beating on The Miz with the chair. Eldridge puts Miz on top of the barrier and sets a chair up. Eldridge hits the knee which sends both men over the barrier. Del Rio and Eldridge make their way back to the ring where Eldridge gets handcuffed to the ladder. Eldridge breaks the ladder but the handcuff is still attached to him. Eldridge uses them as a weapon and backdrops Del Rio on to the ladder. Miz comes in the ring and climbs the ladder. Eldridge brings him down and tries to hit the GTS, but Miz slides out. Eldridge and Miz go to the top rope, and Punk tries to superplex Miz. Del Rio comes in and kicks Eldridge who falls through a table onto the floor. Del Rio and Miz go at it where Del Rio uses the chair against Miz. Del Rio locks in the Cross Armbreaker on Miz who’s arm is in a chair. Del Rio goes back to Eldridge and attacks him with chair shot. Del Rio locks in the croos armbreaker on Eldridge the same way he did with Miz. Del Rio goes in the ring and climbs the ladder. Miz & Eldridge enter as well and send Del Rio off the ladder where the ropes end up between his legs. Eldridge and Miz fight inside the ring where both men take each other out with clotheslines. Ricardo Rodriguez comes in the ring and climbs the ladder. Miz and Punk see this and they tip the ladder sending Ricardo into a table on the floor. Both men try to hit their finishers but each one blocks it. Miz goes to the corner, and Punk tries to hit the knee only to go into the ring post. Miz takes advantage and uses the handcuff on Eldridge and handcuff Eldridge to the turnbuckle. Eldridge goes for some punches but Miz is too far. Eldridge however hits a big kick knocking Miz out. Del Rio and Miz get up and get a ladder in the ring as they start to climb it. Eldridge eventually breaks the turnbuckle, freeing himself, and saving his title. All three men are ontop of the ladder. Eldridge hits a kick to Del Rio who goes down hard onto the mat. Miz and Eldridge go back down to the ring where Eldridge nails the GTS on Miz. Eldridge climbs the ladder and retrieves the IWE Championship. The TLC PPV goes off the air with Eldridge celebrating.
